He's dangerous [COMPLETE]

"Who's that?" I asked, eyeing the mess of curls that downed yet another drink.

"Oh, that's Marcel. He used to be the biggest nerd in school. One day something inside of him snapped and completely changed. He got a bunch of tattoos and beat up every kid who bullied him. Stay away from him, he's dangerous." She spoke as he looked over at me.

I tried to stay away, but despite how he had changed, he was the one thing that could keep me from failing Algebra. I didn't want to spend time with him but I had to.

Will it stay as a simple tutor?
Or will their be more going on then tutoring?

2. Class

I impatiently tapped my pencil against the polished wooden desk, my head resting on my hand. The teacher continued rambling on about different types of equations. This was my first day at the new school and it already had been submitted into a mental category. Boring.

I watched the clock, quietly whispering each small movement of the second hand, waiting for the bell to cut the teachers voice off. A small smile appeared on my nude lips as I counted down from five. On time, the bell rang as I quickly gathered my things and rushing out of the door to my locker.

I held my items in one arm, struggling to put the code into my lock. Once I had, I opened it  up, letting everything fall messily into the small confined space. I sighed, bending down, sitting cross-legged on the floor, as I reorganized my supplies.

I slightly jumped, as a finger made contact with my shoulder, continuously tapping it. I turned around, looking up at who had felt the need to disrupt me. I had recognized this girl from class.

"Hi, my name is Emma!" She smiled, extending her hand, as I shook it. I got up from the ground, dusting my pants off before turning to face her.

"Gabriella." I smiled back, as she leaned against the locker beside me.

"So I've heard. I know you're new and all and I was kind of wondering if you'd like to go to a party tonight!" She said, hope filling her eyes. I was shocked by how forward she was being but I liked it.

"Sure!" I replied, as she smiled, relief washing over her face.

"Great! I'll pick you up at six!" She smiled, as she handed me her number. I waved goodbye, looking down at her number. I'll have to remember to text her my address. I shoved the small piece of paper into my back pocket as I sat back down, continuing to tidy my locker.

I was so lost in my thoughts that I hadn't realized the bell rang, signalling school had ended. My eyes widened as I quickly pushed everything else into my locker, taking my phone, wallet and purse in my hands as I shut the locker door.

To my pleasure, no homework had been assigned during any portion of today. I sighed, pushing the doors to the school open, the chilly air hitting my skin harshly. I wrapped my arms around myself, my purse resting on my shoulder.

I began walking down the sidewalk, cars rushing past me as students left school. I took this alone time as an opportunity to think about everything. This was a fresh start for Junior year. A new state, house and school.

I made  the necessary turns before finally reaching my house, observing my dark brown riding boots as they walked along the pavement. I finally reached my porch, climbing up the stairs as I pulled the keys from my purse. I stood in front of my door, fumbling with the different sets until I found my house key, inserting it into the lock, swinging the door open.

I walked in, shutting the door behind me, dropping my purse beside the white entrance. I slipped the ring of the keys onto my index finger, walking into the kitchen. I walked to the fridge, putting my hand on the handle as I opened the freezer section. I peered in, looking at my selection, pulling a tub of Ben and Jerry's ice  cream.

I turned around, facing the right side of my kitchen as I pulled a spoon from the drawer, shutting it with my hip as I walked upstairs. I entered my bedroom, going to lay on my bed.

I set the tub of ice cream on my nightstand table, pulling my phone from my back pocket.

I decided to send a text to Emma, entering her number in a new SMS.

I texted her my address, as I set my phone down, walking into my bathroom. I had taken a shower this morning so that was completed. I took my toothbrush, wetting it, then squeezing some toothpaste onto it.

Once I finished that, I pulled my hair from it's messy bun, as it cascaded onto my back. I ran my fingers through my hair, slightly massaging my scalp.

I shook my head, letting my hair fall as I stripped from my previous outfit.

I walked out into my room, only my undergarments covering me. I quickly walked into my closet, finding the dress section as I fingered through my options. I occasionally pulled a dress out, looking at it in detail but they were all pushed back in.

I sighed, looking around my closet, trying to find something decent to wear. I walked over to my bags of clothes I had yet to hang, dumping the clothes on my ottoman. I sat down beside them, pulling random clothes, in hopes of finding the perfect dress.

After I had almost given up, the peach corner of a dress caught my eye. I excitedly pulled it from the pile, biting my lip as I examined it. It was perfect. I got up, pulling a pair of white heels from my shoe rack, running out of my closet and into my room.

I threw the shoes onto my bed, as I jumped around, trying to pull the dress up. Eventually it was snug and in place, but not before I fell onto the floor, face first. I groaned, pushing myself up, as I rubbed my thighs, taking a deep breathe.

I walked in front of my mirror, standing on my toes as I observed my appearance closer. I smiled, walking over to my bed, sitting down as I pulled my heels on. I stood up, smiling as I looked down from this new angle. I walked back over to my body mirror, turning 360, tweaking small things until my image satisfied me.

I took a few steps to my right, standing in front of my vanity, as I began on my hair and makeup. After about an hour, I finished with everything. My hair fell in loose curls down my back, mascara lengthening my eyelashes. Lip balm moisturizing my lips.

I ran a checklist over in my head, making sure everything was completed. I nodded my head, walking back over to my bed, laying down, careful not to mess my hair or makeup up. I went on Instagram for a while, but a ringing at my doorbell interrupted my process. I locked my phone, pushing it into my bra as I rushed downstairs to open the door.

I swung it open as Emma greeted me smiling. I smiled back, taking her appearance. She looked very pretty. Her red tube dress made her skin look like snow but not the pale that people try to stay away from. The kind of soft white skin that looks beautiful on only certain people. Her brunette hair was put into a fancy bun, some curls hanging loose to frame her face. Last, she strives for black pumps, similar to mine but different in color.

"Are you ready? You look beautiful!" She asked, complimenting me. I thanked her, nodding my head as I walked out, closing the door behind me. I followed her to a white mustang parked along the road. I smiled...it was a convertible. The locks stood up, as we arrived. We opened the doors climbing in.

She smiled, as she inserted the key into the ignition, driving down the road. The wind blew our hair back, as we smiled, the scenery quickly passing us. She reached over, pressing play as music began playing.

Maybe it’s the way she walked, straight into my heart and stole it.

I smiled, as she began singing along. Before I knew it, we were both singing at the tops of our lungs, the car speeding down the road. We stopped at a red light, still singing as loudly as possible. A car pulled up beside us, full of guys. Whistles filled the air, cheers mixing along with them as we continued singing.

The light turned colors as Emma continued down the street for another few seconds, before stopping in front of a large house, cars parked all down the road. She turned the car off, as we both climbed out. She made sure the doors were firmly shut before leading me up to the door.

She placed her hand on the handle, swinging the door up as the smell of alcohol hit my nose. I slightly cringed as she led me inside.

"Here are my friends!" She spoke, before a group of people surrounded us, greeting both Emma and I. I shook each of their hands as we all chatted among ourselves. I followed them over to a corner which her group occupied.

I've never really met these people before so I had nothing to talk about. I leaned against the wall, looking out at the many teens that danced to the thunderous music. I looked over at the bar and saw a a guy, around my age, downing as many drinks as he could. I cocked my eyebrows at him, turning to tap Emma on the shoulder, not tearing my eyes from him. She turned to look at me, curious as to what I wanted.

I nodded my head, trying to take all the information in.

"Why did he change?" I asked, getting her attention once more as he smirked at me

"I don't know. Nobody does. Any girl he had liked had thrown themselves at him but he ignored them. Well, either ignored them or got his pleasure from them then never called. He went from being the nerd to being the schools bad boy. Nobody ever crosses paths with him, because if they do they'll end up in the hospital!" She spoke, looking over at Harry who had another shot of whatever he decided to drink.

My eyes widened, as she turned back around to talk to her friends. That something that snapped mustn't have been small then. I sighed, walking off to find the bathroom, taking any route that avoided Marcel. I finally found an alternate route, taking it as I found the bathroom door. As I was about to walk in, I felt a hand grab my shoulder, slamming me into the wall.

"Ouch!" I whispered in pain, my eyes squeezing together. I opened my eyes to see who had hurt me. He looked older then me. He also looked drunk but by the way he slurred his words, it was obvious he has had ten to many drinks!

"Hey babe, wanna go back to my place?" He smiled, his words slurred together. I shook my head, trying wiggle from his grasp.

"Oh come on!" He pushed, the smell of alcohol consuming my senses.

"I said no!" I said, anger building within me, I crossed my arms, looking at him directly in the eyes.

"I'll give you the best night of your life. I'll give you all the pleasure you've ever wanted!" he said, moving closer as my back hit the wall. I cringed in disgust, coming up with a response.

"This virgin is about to knock you out if you don't move!" I snapped, my fist clenching.

"Try me!" he smiled. As I was about to raise my fist, the space before me was empty as the guy was thrown to the ground. I gasped, looking down as Marcel was beating the life out of the poor drunken guy. Teens gathered around the scene, gasping as others cheered for a fight, to stupid to realize they were already fighting.

'Stay away from him. He's dangerous!"'

Her words echoed through my head. I couldn't stand being so close to somebody who had changed for the worst. Without a second thought, I bolted towards the front door as I heard people call my name.

Why had I left in the middle of a fight? Especially if I was the cause of the fight! Way to make a first impression Ella. I'm sure that'll get them talking. I wrapped my arms around me as the sky began blackening, night approaching. I tightened my grip, the cold air causing goosebumps to raise on my skin. The tree leaves rustled as the wind howled throughout the town.

Eventually the weather got so chilled, I pulled off my heels, running the rest of the way home. Once I reached my door, I pulled the spare key from the bird feeder, opening the door and rushing inside. I slammed the door shut behind me, leaning against it as I held the key in my hand. I slid down it, plopping onto my bum, running my fingers through my hair.

I was the cause of a fight. I never want to think or hear those words. To my advantage it was Friday which meant no school tomorrow. That also meant our first grade reports were being mailed out. I sat there for a good ten minutes, listening to nothing before I let out a small high sneeze.

I rolled my eyes, already knowing what this meant. I had a cold. They came so quick but left so slow. I yawned, pushing myself from the ground as I stumbled up the stairs and into my bedroom. I lazily fell onto my bed, not bothering with my hair, makeup or clothes. Only sleep.

''I love you angel!" My mother spoke, her hand turning cold in mine.

"Mom? Please don't leave. Please. I lost dad, I don't want to lose you!" I cried, squeezing her hand as her skin began paling.

"I'm sorry honey. We'll always watch over you!" She said, her voice quiet and faint.

"Mom?" I asked, tears swelling in my eyes.

"I love you. Find the one guy that you were meant for a live a long happy life!".

Those were her last words before her eyes closed, the beautiful emerald color never to be seen again.

I woke up as a bright light flashed through my room. A loud crack of thunder immediately followed as I jumped in bed. Tears sprung to my eyes, as I cuddled deeper in my blanket, trying to block the sounds out. I was never good with thunder and lightning.

I turned the light on only to have it go out seconds later. I screamed, tears falling down my face. I frantically took my phone from its dock, as I dialed Emma's number.

"Hello?" She answered groggily.

"Hey, uh, can you please come over? I'm scared of lightning and thunder?" I asked, embarrassed.

"Sure!" She yawned, as I thank her, hanging up. I kept my phone in my hand, my body trembling as I sat in the pitch black dark. Lightning lit the room for awhile but it just returns to it's eerie darkened state.

After about five minutes a knock at the door frightened me. I nervously made my way downstairs, still gripping my phone in my hand.

I was about to open the door, expecting to see Emma, but not before my phone rang.

"Hello?" I answered quietly, looking at Emma's caller ID.

"Hey, uh, my car broke down and I cant walk in lightning so there's no way of me getting over there. I'm really sorry!" She spoke as my body chilled, goosebumps rising.

"You didn't just knock on the door?" I asked, my eyes glancing at the entrance before me.

"No." She spoke as my breathing became uneven. Another series of knocks hit the door, this time more forcefully.

"O-Okay. I have to go!" I said, hanging up as I cut her reply off. Tears swelled back up into my eyes as I looked at the door in fright.

I took my phone, dialing 911, and locking it. If things took a turn for the worse, I'd have a backup.

I slowly approached the door, nervously placing my hand on the frozen handle. I slowly turned the handle, opening the door as I gasped. I couldn't see any facial features but a tall outline of, I'm assuming, of a female stood there.

"C-Can I help y-you?" I stuttered, taking a few steps back.

"My car broke down...I said I wasn't going to walk but you seemed scared! I guess I just ran the rest of the way here" I heard Emma's familiar voice say. I sighed a breath of relief, wrapping my arms around her as she embraced me back.

"Get in here! You're soaked!" I said, pulling her by her arm, into my house. She thanked me, slamming the door shut behind her.

"Can I take a shower?" She asked, as I turned to look at her.

"All the power went off, I'm sorry!" I said, giving her a sympathetic look even though I knew she couldn't see it.

"It's okay!'' She replied, cheerfully must I add. Just like earlier, I let out another high sneeze.

"Do you have a cold?" She asked, concern looped into her voice.

"I don't know!" I exclaimed, throwing my hands up in the air.

"I get colds so easy!" I laughed as she laughed along with me.

"Well, let's get to bed, I'm exhausted!" I smiled, finding her arm and tugging her upstairs. We finally reached my room as the power went back on, all the lights switching on. We let out a little scream only to realize that it was just lights. I looked over at Emma and gasped.

Just as myself, she hadn't changed out of anything from the party. Her hair was wet and messed up. Mascara and eyeliner ran down her face and to top it off, her dress was beyond soaked.

"Let's get you changed!" I said, gently taking her arm and pulling her into my closet.

"This closet is the size of my house!" She said in awe as I giggle.

"Where do your parents get all this money?" She asked as I momentarily froze, gulping.

"T-They don't. I have someone paying for me. They're in a better place!" I smiled, my eyes watering.

"Oh. I'm sorry!" She exclaimed, embracing me, as I smiled embracing her back.

"Yeah, it gets kind of lonely..." I spoke, fingering through some pajama clothes.

"Hey! What about I move in with you?" She spoke suddenly as I turned to face her shocked.

"What about your house?" I asked stunned.

"Well it's getting kind of expensive to afford. I can help you pay the house payments!" She spoke excitedly, a wide smile playing at her lips.

"Actually, my dads friend is the person who built this house and he said we don't have to pay anything, he has it all under control!" I smiled, as her eyes widened.

"Lucky!" She said in awe, looking around my closet.

"So, if it's alright with you, could I?" She asked hope grilled into her eyes.

"One question. You're not a murderer are you?" I laughed as her eyes widened. She shook her head vigorously.

"Okay then. I have three extra rooms. The first is an art studio. The second a music booth and the third is storage. You can have the storage room which is right next to mine. We can move all the storage into the basement!" I smiled, as she nodded.

"Okay, we'll go buy you things or get your things tomorrow. For now we can share my bed!" I smiled, throwing her some pajamas, as I took a pair for myself.

"Okay, thanks!" She beamed, running into my bathroom, as I changed in my closet. After a few minutes we both emerged in my room, laying on my bed.

"Goodnight!" I smiled, clapping twice as the lights shut off.

''Goodnight!" She replied before we both fell asleep.
