All or Nothing

Can a simple phone call change your life? In Aurora (Rori for short) and Amelia Carter's case, it can. Rori Carter, already a household name and eighteen, gets offered a movie deal that she can't not accept. Little does she know, she's doing a movie with the famous Louis Tomlinson. Amelia, Rori's little sister, is an aspiring singer and only sixteen. To her surprise, she gets offered to collaborate with the one and only One Direction. Will these girls find love and be successful? Or will they end up getting their hearts broken with their careers falling apart with it? Give them all or nothing.

5. Polite Twitter War

I groaned as I opened the door and slammed it behind me.

"Rori! Rooooori!" Mia yelled from the top of the stairs. Semi ignoring her, I walked towards the kitchen, opened up the refrigerator and took out some strawberry yogurt. I was so annoyed from filming with that bigoted--

"RORI!" Mia said, interrupting my thoughts. She had her arms crossed as she looked at me with wide eyes, begging for me to listen to her.

"Ugh, Mia. I had a really bad day. I found out that my costar is Louis--"

"I'M COLLABORATING WITH ONE DIRECTION!" she yelled over what I was saying.

"Tomlinson," I finished. We stared at each other.

"Wait you're working with One Direction?" I asked while she asked, "You're filming a movie with Louis Tomlinson?"

"Yeah," we both answered at the same time.

"Oh God," I said, rubbing my temples, "Please tell me you turned them down." She looked at me with disbelief, as she popped her hip out and crossed her arms.

"Why in the world would I turn down pop sensation, mega famous One Direction?"

"Um, because they're kind of big headed?"

"You don't even know them."

"Aaaand you do? Mia, you've never even met them. I met Louis today. He's big headed. And annoying. And--"

"You say that about all the guys you like," Mia rolled her eyes as she walked away from me.

"Excuse me? Like him? I hate him."

"Yeeaaah. Okay. Anyway, I'm leaving to London in the morning so..."

"Wait, that's funny. Lasse told me that the schedule has to be changed and we're filming the movie in London because Louis has a conflict that... Oh." Mia smiled and pointed to herself.

"I'm that conflict."

"Obviously," I said rolling my eyes.

"I don't know why you have to follow me to London..." I heard Mia mutter as she went back up the stairs.

"I'm not--Ugh. Never mind," I said. I opened up my laptop as I took a spoonful of yogurt and put it in my mouth. As I opened up Twitter, I noticed I got a mention.

Louis_Tomlinson: I'm working with nobody @Rori_Carter on a film. Guess she'll be a somebody when we're done #yay

"Hashtag yay? Really?" I angrily took another spoonful into my mouth.

Rori_Carter: SUPER excited to work with the TOTALLY famous @Louis_Tomlinson because I mean, who wouldn't want to act with a singer?! #cantwait

I smiled and happily ate some more yogurt. Within minutes I got a reply.

Louis_Tomlinson: Are you excited to go to London tomorrow @Rori_Carter?! It gets kind of cold. But I'm sure you'd be used to that considering... #reallychilly

Was he calling me cold-hearted? I threw away the empty yogurt container and rapidly wrote a response back.

Rori_Carter: @Louis_Tomlinson Oh how could I not be used to that when I stood near you all day? It was so cold... #NYWeather

That way no one could accuse me of calling him cold-hearted.

Louis_Tomlinson: @Rori_Carter Yeah i noticed it was pretty chilly. Must be why your hair was all dry. Kept flying into my face. #ouch

My jaw dropped.

Rori_Carter: @Louis_Tomlinson At least I wasn't so cold that my voice was higher than the normal octave... Oh wait... #thatsyourvoicenormally

"Rori," said my mother, walking into the kitchen, her iphone in hand.

Louis_Tomlinson: @Rori_Carter At least I don't have a man voice.

"Just a second, Mom," I said writing angrily on the keyboard.

Rori_Carter: @Louis_Tomlinson At least I don't get nervous from being too close to someone.

Louis_Tomlinson: @Rori_Carter At least I don't have a slightly crooked noise.

Rori_Carter: @Louis_Tomlinson At least my eyes never choose a color and sticks with it. Is that how you're like with your career too?

Louis_Tomlinson: @Rori_Carter At least I have a career.

"Rori! Everyone can see you're little spat with Louis. And it needs to STOP," said Mother forcefully.

"Just a sec," I said back.

"No, not just a sec," said Mother grabbing my hands, "You say that you were kidding right now." I groaned loudly as I typed.

Rori_Carter: We kid, we kid #itsfun

Just as I did, I saw a tweet pop up that said pretty much the same thing.

Louis_Tomlinson: We just like teasing each other. #noworries

Guess management got to him as well.

"Now, get to bed. You have a long day ahead of you tomorrow. And watch your sister since you will both be in London."

"Did you SEE what he wrote? What career? I have a pretty nice career!! That I make lots of money from!" I yelled as I marched up the stairs. Mia met me in the hallway. She smirked.

"Louis has some great comebacks."

"SHUT UP!" I yelled at her, before slamming my bedroom door close.

"Ha! She couldn't even respond to that one," I said happily, turning towards the boys who were watching American television.

"Considering her next tweet, Lou, her manager probably told her to stop. Like Simon told you to stop," said Zayn, flipping through his own tweets.

"And, and also because she didn't have a great comeback to the sassmasta of doncasta!" I said proudly. Zayn rolled his eyes.

"When's our flight tomorrow?" I asked.

"Like 9:30. Oh, and I invited Mia and her sister to take our private jet with us," said Harry absentmindedly. I felt my blood go cold.

"You invited her SISTER as well?"

"Yeah, why wouldn't I?"

"You mean to tell me that Auroranna whatever her name is and I will be sharing the same airplane for almost eight hours??" I cried.

"You knew her name less than five minutes ago, Louis. It's Rori," called Zayn without looking up from his phone.

"WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TO ME??" I cried, throwing my head into my hands.

"You're overreacting. I'm sure if you give her a chance, you guys would get along great," Harry assured.

"She said that my voice was higher than the normal octave for all people. Not just males," I deadpanned.

"I didn't say you'd get along right off the bat, sheesh," said Harry, walking away from me. I just threw my head back into my hands and fake cried until Harry went into his hotel room. Zayn and I were sharing that night.

"I hate her."

"No you don't."

"I hate her," I repeated to Zayn. He just sighed.
