10. Shock

After the date, we went back to the flat. Inside, the boys were still there. There was a lot of shouting coming from inside. I flinched. It reminded me too much of 'him'.

"You OK?" Harry asked me. I nodded but inside I was pretty scared. We went inside to see the boys and Eleanor and Perrie in an intense argument about something or other. It wasn't anything serious but it reminded me too much of what he used to put me through. It was horrible. I couldn't take it anymore. I ran to the bathroom and locked myself in.

I heard a few more shouts then silence. Then Harry's stern voice. Then I heard someone knocking on the door. At first I thought it was Harry but I heard a female voice.

"Hannah, it's Eleanor, you alright?" I didn't respond.

"Sorry about that. We have arguments sometimes. Please come out."

"I'm not coming out," I replied.

"Then can I at least come in?" she asked. I sighed and opened the door. She came in and sat down on the floor where I was crouched. She smiled at me. "I'm so sorry," she said. "Sometimes we get into arguments like that but we don't mean any harm."

"I know," I told her. "It just reminded me of something I don't want to think about. Look the boys know but I don't want to talk about it," I told her.

She nodded in understanding. "Don't worry, I'm not going to hassle you with it. We all have our secrets right?" she said. I cheered up a bit then.

"Are you coming out. I think Harry has finished his lecture." I giggled as bit. "OK,OK I'm coming," I said and I went out to see the boys. When I  came out I was met with five apologetic faces. "Sorry Hannah," said Liam looking ashamed. I nodded. "Don't worry about it,"

Louis jumped up and came over to me. "Please forgive us," he begged with puppy dog eyes. I couldn't help but laugh. "Don't worry, you're forgiven," I told him and all the boys faces lit up. I was soon caught in a big group hug. I laughed happily. I had definitely found a real family here.
