10. Waiting for Annabeth

I woke up at 4 am that night at the sound of the door slapping. Annabeth must have go to the café located at the bottom of the building. She always does that when she is upset.
After hearing the news about Harry yesterday, she went in her room and she didn't walk out of it for the rest of the evening. I know they are not together anymore but it really affected her. I understand she wants to be alone.
I tried to go back to sleep but I couldn't so I woke up, walked in the living-room and turned the TV on.

*A few hours later*

10 am. I must have fallen asleep on the couch. I stood up and went to the bathroom to take a shower.
Afterwards, I got dressed and started to cook a brunch. As the bacon was broiling, I walked toward Annabeth's room and knocked on the door. She didn't answer so I opened it. But her room was empty. She usually comes back earlier. Only once, Ally (the owner of the café) had to bring her back here because she had drink way too much. It was the day her parents had announced her they were divorcing. I had never seen here so upset. But apparently this time could be worse.
I went back into the kitchen, grabbed my food and ate in the living room.

16 pm. She left the flat 12 hours ago and she didn't come back. I had watched TV absentmindedly. Everytime I had heard footsteps in the corridor, I ran toward the door, hoping it would be her. But it was never her.
I decided to go to the café. I have to bring her back. Drinking won't make Harry come back.
A few minutes later, I came in the small room. But I didn't see Annabeth. I made my way toward the counter.
"Hello!" I said to Ally, who was puttimg away glasses.
"Lucy! How are you? I haven't see you for ages!" She exclaimed.
"I'm fine. I have been really busy, sorry, I should have come."
"Yes, you should. So, what do you want to drink?" She asked me.
"Nothing, thanks. I came to pick Annabeth up." I told her.
"Anna? She isn't here. She didn't come today."
I didn't know what to do so I thanked Ally and went back to my flat.
If she didn't go there, where is she then?
I took my phone out and called her. But I heard her phone rang in her room. Why didn't she take it? She might not want me to call her. But why?
Suddenly, I heard two knocks on the front door. It must be her. She always knocked two times. I rushed toward the door and opened it.
"Annabeth!" I shouted.
