"Overprotective parents raise the best liars." They sure do, 'cause Cassandra Beddington is the most badass and rebellious girl you'll ever meet. Around her parents, she's as innocent as can be; she's the most obedient daughter who rarely skips school and gets straight A's in all of her tests. Even though she isn't allowed to do most things that other parents would let their 16-year-old daughters do, she'll definitely find a way to do them anyway. But what will happen when she comes across a charming boy who uncovers her deepest, darkest secrets and desires? Will he save his damsel in distress?

**The boys are not famous in this story!**

1. Prologue.

*Cassy's P.O.V.*

I pulled on my favorite dress that fit my body perfectly and stopped at my thighs. I quietly applied some makeup and grabbed my black stilletos and climbed out of my window after I made sure nobody was watching.

As soon as I wasn't in the vicinity of my house anymore, I wore my stilletos and made my way to the nearest club.

After flashing my ID at the bouncers, I stepped inside and was greeted by my friends. It's funny how quickly they found me considering how packed this place was.

"So, you made it, I'm proud of you, Cass." Julie said, giving me a hug. "Quite the badass, aren't you?" Mikky said, winking. "Mmmhm, she sure is." Julie replied for me. "Okay guys, let's get started, don't wanna get home too late and skip school again, my parents might get suspicious." I said, making my way towards the dancefloor. "Aye aye, Cap'n." Mikky said, trying to sound like a pirate.

I swear, the dancefloor looked like a mess. People were grinding against each other like their life depended on it, and some of them didn't even know what they were doing. I don't even know why I was dancing, 'cause all I could smell was alcohol and sweat, and it made me wanna puke.

Nevertheless, I continued dancing, and before I knew it,  I'd lost my friends in the huge crowd of people.

As I tried looking for them, I noticed five guys dancing in a weird manner, but one of them was looking directly at me whilst doing so. His stare was intense and from the looks of it, he was really tall, which was intimidating since I was so short and petite.

I decided to go get a drink and text my friends as I'd never find them if I stood on the dancefloor all night.

I ordered my drink and started texting Julie. After a few moments I felt someone's presence beside me. As creepy as it felt, I looked up and saw the tall guy who was staring at me earlier, sitting next to me, sipping an odd colored drink.

His blue eyes looked like an ocean, and I could feel myself melting. Even though the club was poorly lit, his beautiful eyes shined, literally. I must've been lost because all of a sudden he started waving his hands in front of my face.

"Hello?" I heard him say in his sexy accent as I snapped out of my trance. "Oh, sorry." I looked back down at my phone, hoping my hair covered my red face. "Don't hide your face, love." he said, lifting up my chin. "Mind telling me your name?" he asked, still intently staring into my eyes. "Only if you tell me yours first." I said, sassily. "Hmm, okay. I'm Louis, what about you?" "Cassandra, but my friends call me Cassy or Cass." I replied. "That's a beautiful name, but not as beautiful as you are." he said, as I blushed furiously.

"C'mon, let's go dance." he said, reaching out for my hand.

I have no idea why, but there was an unusual force attracting me towards him, and I instantly took his hand and followed him towards the dance floor.

All that I remember is that you had me at hello,
I knew right when I met her that I wouldn’t take it slow,
The more we heard the music, the more we got in sync,
The more I kept you laughing, the less I stopped to think,
The last thing I remember, you said this place is beat,
It must have gotten crazy, cause I can’t recall a thing.

Last night, can’t remember.
What happened? Where’d we go?
I woke up this morning.
Where’s my car? Where’s my keys? Where’s my clothes?
I feel my head still spinning but I’m doing alright,
'Cause I think I just had the best night of my life.
Last night, can’t remember.
What happened? Did it happen? Last night.

No doubt I was having the best time with Louis, just singing along and dancing. He was different, and unlike the boys I'd met before. He was weird, but in a good way, just like me. It was hard finding a boy like that. A boy who simply did not care about what the world thought of him, a boy who
lived life for the moment, a boy any girl would be lucky to have, a boy who lived each day like it was his last.

That was the kind of boy I wanted, but couldn't have. Either because most boys didn't care about things like that, or because boys like Louis didn't come around that often.

~The next morning~

I woke up to an infamiliar bed and instantly sat up, panicking.

A wave of relief washed over me as I looked around and realized that I was at Julie's house, dressed in some of my clothes that I left at her place.

I looked around to find a glass of water and some painkillers on the bedside table. Praise the Lord.

After gulping it down along with the water, I rubbed my eyes hoping to clear my vision.

My eyes wandered to what I was wearing, and they were my bugs bunny shirt and shorts, but what astonished me, was a yellow-colored sticky note on my crotch.

I started reading it, and recognized Julie's handwriting right away.

Morning Cass,
I'm hoping you're awake by now and reading this note, that you must have found on an awkward place on your body whilst looking at what you were wearing. Ha, I know you so well.
Anyway, don't worry, you weren't that drunk last night, I'm sure you panicked trying to remember if you did something stupid.
The good news is, school's cancelled because there was a massive thunderstorm after we got home, and the roads were flooded 'cause the weather got pretty bad. The roads still are flooded, and it's probably drizzling if you can't hear the rain.
I got the situation with your parents handled too, so don't worry about that either!
If I'm not in my room, I'm probably eating, sleeping in the other room, watching tv, playing something on my 360, or taking a shower.
Hope you found the glass of water and painkillers on the bedside table!
Btw, the guy you were with last night was gorgeous, nothing happened between you two, but he put his number into your phone! ;)

I quickly reached for my phone and unlocked it to find 2 messages, one from my mum, and another from Louis.

From *Mum* : Hope you're having fun at Julie's! Be back by 6 tomorrow night, we're gonna eat out. :)

As I read mum's text, I realized that today was Friday, and Julie told my mum that I was gonna have a sleepover at her place, and school was cancelled, so that's why I'm here so early during the day. Wow, studying hard and getting straight A's really does pay off.

I proceeded to read the text from Louis, after reading the text that he must sent to himself from my phone last night.

From *Louis* : Hi, love. Hope you got home safe. I was wondering if you wanted to hang out with me and 4 of my friends tonight, you can bring your friends along too! :) x

I typed a quick reply to Louis after thinking about it for a moment.

To *Louis* : Sure, just text me the time and place, I'll be there with 2 of my friends. :)

I jumped out of bed and made my way to the washroom.

After washing all the makeup off of my face and rinsing my mouth with a refreshing mouthwash, I headed downstairs to get some breakfast.

"Someone's up early. Sleep well?" Julie chirped from the kitchen. "Yes, I did." I replied, sitting on the barstool by the kitchen counter, next to Mikky.

"So, did that hot guy from last night text you?" Mikky asked, nudging my arm with her elbow. "Mhm. He wants to hang out." I replied, taking in the aroma of fresh orange juice and chocolate chip pancakes. "Ooh, a date!" Mikky giggled. "Nono, his friends are gonna be there too, and he asked to me to bring you guys along." I said, maybe a little too quickly. "Aw, man." Mikky complained. "He's a shy one, don't worry, he'll ask you out on a date pretty soon." Julie winked, placing two pancakes on my plate. "He didn't seem shy to me last night," I said whilst stealing a piece of bacon from Mikky's plate. "He was having a drink, it's obvious he didn't seem shy then, hun." Julie smirked at me.

~A few hours later~

I was in Louis' Porsche as we were driving to a Nandos.

"What your favourite Nandos sauce?" he asked, turning down the radio a little. "That's a hard question. Hmm, either garlic & herbs or extra hot peri peri." I replied. "Extra hot?! Wow, I can't even get past mild." he exclaimed. "I love spicy food, so yeah." I chuckled. "I'm pretty sure you'd like me then, 'cause you know, I'm hot, like a chilli." he winked at me. "Haha, I'm sure you are." I snickered. "I'm serious," he laughed. "Then stop laughing," I giggled. "Stop making me laugh," "I'm not making you laugh," "Yes you are!" "Am not!" "Are too!" "Am not!" "Are too!" "Am not!" "Are too!" "Am not, so shush!" I said, keeping my fingers against his lips. They were soft, like petals of a rose. I could touch them all day.

No, Cass. You barely know this guy. Stop thinking like this!

Suddenly, I felt the warmth of his breath, and something wet on my fingers.

"Oh my God, you're disgusting!" I quickly withdrew my fingers from his luscious lips. "That's what you get for trying to make The Tommo shut up." he smirked. "The Tommo?!" I laughed. "Yes, I'm Louis "The Tommo" Tomlinson." he said, proudly. "Okay, Mr. Tommo." I said whilst using air quotes.

As the car came to a halt, I took off my seatbelt while grabbing my bag, and before I knew it, Louis was by my side, opening the passenger side door for me.

"Why, thank you." I said, getting out of the vehicle and smiling at him. He simple smiled back, without saying a word, and I swear, his eyes looked like two marbles.

The rest of the evening flew by really quickly. I had an awesome time with Louis and his friends Harry, Liam, Niall and Zayn, though. They're a fun bunch of lads. From the looks of it, Julie was kinda into Niall, and you could tell he liked her a bit too. I was happy for her, when it came to boys, things always got complicated for her.

The ride back was awfully quiet, but it wasn't an awkward silence, it was really comfortable. The only sound was the sound of the radio.

"What's your favorite band?" I asked, breaking the silence. "The Fray," he replied, smiling. "Wow, it's hard to find guys your age that like The Fray." I said, surprised. "Likewise," "I bet you think I'm into rock, metal and such, huh?" I asked, looking towards him. "Yes, you seem pretty hardcore." he replied. "Well, I'm not gonna lie, I really am into that kinda stuff, but I like melow stuff too." I confessed. "Not many people know that side of me though," "I feel special," he said, quietly. "You are," I whispered. He simply smiled at me.

I felt like I could be myself around Louis, and whenever we were talking to each other, I never had to think twice, and I never had to try so hard, it was so easy. I could tell him anything about myself, and he wouldn't judge me, or critisize my decisions. He'd just listen to me, and for some reason, that's exactly what I needed right now.
