2. I remember now

Niall p.o.v.

I didn’t make it through in the competition. But Simon said I could come back as long as I worked in a group with four other people who didn’t make it. Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, and Harry Styles. We got along great from the start. Simon said that we had to come up with a name. “How about Niall and the Potatoes?” I suggested that because I love potatoes. “No why would we want to be called that?” Louis Said with a little sass. He always had a little sass. That was when Harry came up with... “One Direction!” Harry shouted from table where he was sitting. We all agreed and became One Direction.

It was different working all together be we got used to it. It was us and two other groups for the finals. we were afraid that we would go home. We knew that we did our best and we shouldn't be worried. We were sent home. 3rd wasn’t that bad, but it was disappointing. We went home to find out that Simon wanted us to stay together and signed us to a record deal.

I found my mum in the living room doing something. “Hey mum whatcha doing?” I asked her since I was really curious. “I’m just going through some pictures from when you were younger.” I walked over there eager to look at them. “That girl there, she looks like I have seen her before.” I really did recognize her I just didn’t know from where. “Niall you don’t remember her? You haven’t seen her in a year. I don’t think you should forget her that quickly.” Mum stated with a tone. Why was she getting mad about this? i just cocked my head to one side in confusion.  “ROBIN! Robin Niall, Robin.” My mum was screaming at me now. That name sounded so familiar. That was when I realized, Robin Hill. My best friend. I had met her that one day at the park cause of her mum and my aunt. They were real close in middle school and ran into each other that one day at the park.

I looked at my phone and at the bottom there were messages from Robin. 53 of them. All from when I was on the X Factor. The last time I wrote back was after the second message she sent me. I had read them all. I never answered her. SHE MUST HATE ME! We were always together every second every hour just about. My mums annual cook out was coming up and Robin and her mum always came. I would say sorry to her then and we can catch up and all. I wouldn't get my hopes up though. if I know Robin she takes f-o-r-e-v-e-r to forgive someone.
