yesterday

I don't want to be yours. I don't want to be anybodies. I want to be me. I want to be Boston. I want to forget about the past and live my life. I want to be noticed but unnoticed by you. Leave me alone, Liam, because this time we really will kill each other. Don't try and find me, because I don't want my memories to haunt me like they happened yesterday. Like Hollywood says, two celebrities never make it out alive. And we are the perfect example.

10. sensation

We stood outside an arena in Cape Town. The line was long and there was white everywhere.

"What is this?" I turned and looked at Liam. Louis and Harry were busy with themselves and Liam was just watching me. Keeping himself busy with his own fantasies.

"It's a music festival," he smoothed the words over his tongue.

"Liam, please no more music festivals. I just don't need--."

"Shh," he breathed as he took one step closer to me. Towering over top, making me feel small. "I promise, you'll be safe."

I looked up into his eyes. Soft, but so strong. "Liam--."

He stopped me again. "If you want me to take you home, I won't. You need to get over Tomorrowland, you need to get over everything. Tonight it's just you and I. No more of anybody else. Just us. You know me, Bo, I always make a night interesting, but you will always be safe."

I swallowed, still unsure.

"Now," he started as he placed his hands on my shoulders and turned me around. "The queue is moving."

He pushed me along as we entered the arena, like a dome. The lights were on and I immediately felt claustrophobic. There was no where to go and it was like they were shoving us into an area like cattle. Unable to move, unable to be free.

I turned around and Liam took hold of me. I folded my arms into my chest and shook my head. "No, Liam, I want to go home. Please."

He didn't speak, instead he picked me up and held me like a toddler. My legs going around his waist as he took me further into the arena.

"I hope you realize, nothing will make me forget Tomorrowland."

"That's probably true, but that doesn't mean you have to be so stubborn. You're staying here, with me."

He looked up at me for a second before he looked forward again. I didn't want to be here, but I knew I wasn't going anywhere. I had to get over it, suck it up, and just deal with the situation I was in.

And I enjoyed it.

The lights turned off suddenly and Liam let me drop on my feet. The center of the dome was covered in lights as a womanly voice spoke to us.

"Welcome to Sensation."

My eyes widened as the crowd cheered. The music started to shift, bounce, and drop as the lights created a show unlike Tomorrowland. This was entertainment not just music to get high off. This was a complete turn on a music festival.

Soon my body was betraying me and jumping and turning with the music.

"So you do like it," Liam voice entered my ear. Dark, husky, and rough.

I turned around, instantly getting excited by his words. His accent, his everything. The arena was hot and sweat developed on everyone. The muscles and indentions on people's bodies were becoming more prone to look at, having the wet, white fabric stick to their skin.

Which was exactly what Liam's shirt was doing. How it stuck to his abs, and lower to his hips bones. This was ungodly.

"I forgot how much fun this stuff actually was," I slowly began to smile.

"I told you."

"Shut the fuck up," I smiled wider as I wrapped his shirt around my fist and brought him down to me. His lips stopping on mine, his hands surrounding my waist as he pulled me closer. His tongue slowly penetrating through my lips, overwhelming me with his dominance.

He lifted me again onto his hips, allowing me to be above him. It was like that time so many years ago. The music enwrapped us and we become nonexistent to the world. It brought back so many memories, this kiss did. How could I ever let Liam go?

What was I thinking?

Sure I was pissed, but this is what I forever loved about him. The fact he could heal any and every wound that covered my body.

That's exactly why I needed him. Why he needed me.

We were both bandages, covering each other's wounds.
