“PUSH!”

As me and Kaylinn set up our apartment, we pushed the couch to the wall. But then I heard a doorbell,” I’ll get it Kay!” I ran to the door, not caring how I looked, which was me wearing pjs bottoms and a tank top. As I opened the door, I see Harry and Niall standing there. “U-Uh Hey guys, why are you here early?” Harry just stared at me, and I turned red, Niall looked around, “WELL we came to help to see if you need anything done?” I nodded, still wondering if Harry was alive.

All of the sudden my neighbor, Xavier came out. “Oh Hey Katie! What’s going on? Are they giving you trouble?”

I gulped and pushed Harry and Niall in, “Uh no Xavier, but thanks for asking.” I give him a bright smile, not saying it meant anything, not much. “Well ok! Well I’m leaving for the weekend! So I guess see you later!” I wave at him as he leaves and I felt a sudden wind go past me, is that what it think it was. He better not, “Harry!” I run inside, to see Harry looking very angry, “Ok I know it was you!”

“What was him?”

“He was spying on me and Xavier!”

Kaylinn looked away and then back at me, “So?” I looked at Niall for help, but he just kept looking his pringles can, wait… we didn’t buy pringles... Ugh! Just great.

I walk out to see a zoom go past me and sit next to Niall, “Louis no running in the apartment!” Liam sits next to Kyra on the ground with a pillow; they both look at each other. Kyra came with Quinlan so that means, “Hey Katie do you have anything spicy?” I ran into the Kitchen and saw Quinlan savaging for food, I sighed. “Quinlan, Lou is in the other room...” I felt a rush of wind and I felt dizzy, Kaylinn walks in and so does Elizabeth, “Hey guys.” They waved and then I felt a little voice in my mind saying, “He wants you to sit by him. Do it please?” I rolled my eyes and said, “Hey guys I have the movie ready. Let me just pop some popcorn and we should ready. “I put a bag of popcorn into the microwave when I heard someone whisper, “Hey...Katie.” I turn around and Harry is standing there

“Hey... Harry” I blush when he comes closer and says, “How’s... the... uh... pop corning stuff doing.” I laugh and his face turns red, “Oh harry its going great you know…” I felt something warm against my cheek and I blush, “H-Harry?” He looks into my eyes and all of the sudden our lips moving towards each other. “HEY! WHERE’S TH-Oh… sorry ill just um go.” I looked to see who it was and it was Kyra… smooth. Smooth.

“You should... um... get the popcorn before it burns.” What! I open the microwave and he leaves the room laughing.

What just happen?

As I walk back into the living room, looking for a spot I noticed all the spots were taken. I sighed I noticed who was sitting next to who; Niall had changed his spots and lay on the floor with Kaylinn, Kyra and Liam. Quinlan was sitting on Louis lap, and Zayn and Lely was sitting on the two sitter couch. That left the spot by Harry; I bite my lip to stop from smiling.

I finally got the nerve to sit there, as I did, I noticed everyone looking at the popcorn. I rolled my eyes and said, “Here” Soon the popcorn; I giggled to myself and looked at the screen. I never noticed that something warm was touching my hand, I looked down only with my eyes and I saw Harry trying to hold my hand. I finally gave in, and pulled his hand into mine.

I let out a sigh, a long one too. He was just... not someone I was expecting to fall for...

But I guess I did.

As soon as the movie ended, everyone had left except Niall and Harry.

“Hey guys, thanks for helping us clean. You welcomed to stay the night if you want… I mean you don’t have to...” I felt nervous like I had something wrong,” Katie, its ok. Ha, I’m going to help Kaylinn with the trash.” I heard the door close, and it went silent between me and harry.

“Do you want me to stay?”

I choked on air, as he said that I thought of the last person who said.

It’s not like that person was here anymore… but I wish they were.

“I-I don’t mind Harry. But… I have to tell you something.” I slowly walked over and said...
