Top Ten

So I'm known as a "Music Junkie".
Music is an outlet that keeps me sane. So I decided I'd share some of my favorite music in a movella. So I have decided that once a week I'll upload ten songs that I've found or just heard that week that I think people should check out.
You can leave me links in comments for me to check out music. I'll not be making just a list but also saying what I love about the music and if they have a music video what I like about them.
Hope people like this!

3. June 23, 2013 - June 29, 2013

Hello music lovers!

Sorry this is a wee late but these songs are all songs that have special meaning to me. Some are new songs and others are old.  I'm going to put my favorite line from the song in there too. No particular order either.

I hope you guys like these songs!

No hate, only love

1. Same Love - Macklemore & Ryan Lewis

**I love this song beyond words. I am in love with this song because Macklemore is speaking a lot of truth. He is supporting gay rights with this song so it's special to me because I am a bisexual. The music video tells a beautiful story.

"No law is gonna change us, we have to change us."

2. Family Portrait - P!nk

**Yeah, it's old but still playing for me. This song is a lot for me because I use to listen to my parents fight a lot. But, I feel like the song is trying to say you have to keep going no matter.

"In our family portrait we look pretty happy, we look pretty normal, let's go back to that."

3. Runaway Love - Ludacris ft. Mary J. Blige

**This song says a lot. Talks about three different girls and their struggles. I haven't had the experiences in the song but I have times when I wanted to run away and never come back. So this song is beautiful, enough said.

"I'll runaway with you if you want me to."

4. We Are Who We Are - Little Mix

**No video yet but I hope that Little Mix releases this as a single it needs to be heard. This is a great inspirational song that gives me a boost of confidence. I love all the lyrics so it's hard to choose.

"We are who we are who we are, pretty's just a pretty word, and I'm gonna shine like a star 'cuz I'm the only me in this world. Throw away the books and the magazines, never gonna look like a beauty queen."

5. Born This Way - Lady Gaga

**This song is saying "no hate" all throughout the song. It's expressing the need for more love and that skin color and sexuality shouldn't matter.

"No matter black, white, beige, Chola descent, you're Lebanese or orient."

6 Where Is The Love - The Black Eyes Peas

**Another "no hate" song. You just going to have to listen to it. Many powerful messages in this song.

"If you only have love for your own race then you only space discriminate, and to discriminate only generates hate. And when you hate you bound to get irate."

7. Beautiful - Christina Aguilera

**Now I'm not a huge fan of Christina but the lyrics of this song is amazing. Really inspiring.

"I am beautiful no matter what they say. Words can't bring me down."

8. Imagine - John Lennon

**John Lennon is a lyrical genius. A must listen to every day.

"Imagine all the people living for the day."

9. When You're Gone - Avril Lavigne

**This song talks about loss and I've had my fair share of it.

"I never thought I'd need you there when I cry."

10. Waving Flag - K'naan

**This song just makes me feel like I can do anything.

"When I get older I will be stronger, they'll call me freedom, just like a waving flag."

So I hope you guys like these songs! Cannot wait until next Sunday to post ten more songs for you. If you have any suggestions for a list then let me know. Plus, tell all your friends about this.

No hate, only love.
