What Now?

The life of Aniyah Simmons is an unfortunate one, but when her idol turns up out of nowhere and she gets offered a place in the school of her dreams, will she get there? Or will her controlling father ruin her chances to get somewhere in life?

7. Shopping!!

We finally arrived at 'The Plaza', a mall somewhere in Britain, I'm not quite sure where exactly because I haven't had a very cultured life, but I know it's a huge mall in a massive city, the city where I will get to meet my idol! Our bags had already been taken to the hotel after we arrived, we caught a private jet!

We spent the entire day shopping, first we went to 'Gorgeous Gowns' to buy our formal dresses, we spent about two hours there trying on dress after dress, who knew that getting four formal dresses could be so exhausting?! I ended up buying a frilly white dress that was knee-length with a black belt over the waistband, I paired it with a silky black cardigan, black heels with a little bow and a beautiful silver necklace with a diamond heart pendant. My second dress was a long strapless gown that reached the floor, it was a light shade of crimson with a ripple of silver down one side, to complete that outfit I chose a pair of sparkly silver heels and a white gold necklace and matching bracelet with rubies. The third outfit was a fitted deep blue dress that came just above the knees, it had gold studs down each side. The shop assistant insisted that I purchase a pair of blue stilettos and a god necklace to match it, I personally hate stilettos but our personal shopping manager for the week agreed with the assistant so I had no choice... The last formal gown I bought was my personal favourite, it was a flowy floor-length silk gown in a stunning shade of gold, with that I bought a half-length gold cardigan, a pair of shiny gold wedges and a plain gold necklace, bracelet and ring.

We went to more than ten other shops and by the time we were done and in the car heading to our hotel we had thirty seven bags, Janey counted, it took us a more than a few hours, but it was definitely worth it!
