12. Ugh! Im Fat I need to DIET

The skinniest girls think they are the fastest girls. So What do we go and do ?? We Diet. Why do we diet? Because we have low self esteem.. times.. Mean girls... and bullies. These thing are bad combinations that feed on our emotional system m like parasites. It took me a long time to notice this but Girls mature faster than guys. The grow taller the grow wider and some stay skinnier. Maybe your hips are a little wider than some girls. So What? What you are now was the be beautiful thing on earth along time ago.

To me personally dieting is the worse thing ever. YOUNG WOMEN are not supposed to diet. Your young, pure, and beautiful body can only take but so much! I can understand if you are a little plump and YOU feel you may need to cut off on the honey buns for a little while that's fine. But Under no circumstances do you 1) Starve yourself 2) Make your self regurgitate your food 3) Or to Exercise all day everyday, no breaks, no stopping, no eating, no nothing. 4) Taking weight loss pills. That's Ridiculous. Being Skinny is not meant for everyone. And sometimes it's not that at all. Shorter people's weight tends to show more than taller peoples does. Your weight does not have any other places to move. If you understand that method then you will stop calling yourself fat.

Losing weight

Putting off a few pounds may be good I suppose. But not through dieting! Just cut back on the sodas and candy and tag teaming the chips. And eat healthy. And of all things Please don't take non perscripted pills. If your name is not on that bottle...If your mom did not take you to a doctor and he said to get it.. If you mom is not around you when you take it... DO NOT take those pills. Pills are extremely dangerous. Anyways back to the main topic. Eat healthy. Make sure you get your daily vitamins. Follow the food chart. Instead of grabbing those chips grab a delicious fresh fruit. Like perhaps grapes , apples, oranges, un-manufactured cherries, strawberries etc. But don't be like me and add sugar to those strawberries because it's just making it worse.

If any of you by chance have watch Full house before maybe you saw the episode of when DJ was trying to look like a super model and lose weight so she was skipping meals, giving her food to the dog, and then something life structuring happens. She got on the adult tredmill without adult supervision and passed out. If no one was around her.. if her family wouldn't have came in at the time the did she would've gotten really sick, or worse.. died. But Most teens have fast metabolisms so just dancing around occasionally too your favorite songs or instead of sitting in your room eating potato chips and texting watching TV go hang out with your friends and play fun games and sports. Like Softball, basketball, tennis, volleyball, etc. Fun stuff.

Everyone is perfect in your own way and size...It doesn't matter. Don't try to look like someone you will never look like. And that's totally okay. BE YOURSELF... BE ORIGINAL.!

Sincerely, Tasha Muaah! Hugs & Kisses.

P.S. please talk to your legal guardian before trying any weight loss techniques. It can help. Maybe they can get you some stuff. Like instead of feeling the house up with hunny buns they get your favorite fruit. and if all else fails I'd suggest seeing a doctor and they will try to suggest a plan.

Comment as usual girls :) And please don't forget to like and favorite the book. We are on the first page of the popular other category. Lets try to make it to the top! Like the authors!
