Pinky Promises

"Well tell me something. Tell me a lie." I asked him. He thought to himself for a moment and then smiled. "I hate you." He wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed my forehead. I turned to face him. "Now tell me something true." I whispered. "I love you. I could never hurt you and I never will." He finally spoke. I giggled to myself. "Promise?" I stuck my pinky up at him. He intertwined his pinky with mine and leaned in next to my ear. "Promise."

55. Stuck Again?

A/N: I'm SOOOOOOOOO sorry I hadn't made the chapters recently. I've been really busy lately going from PA to Buffalo, NY. It's just a big pickle. Lol. Well I'm trying my hardest to make this chapter and maybe another(?) Chapter today while making it be great.  Haha if that makes sense. I've been saying Pennsylvania even though they're already in Pennsylvania because they're in Pittsburg. When I've said Pennsylvania I really meant Erie, which is the little box top area of PA. Just wanted to clear that up. (: omg and may i just add that THE F-ING VIDEO CAME OUT!! BSE!!! ASDFGHJKL WHAT!! I couldn't. I started crying, legit. I couldn't take it. I watched it several times and omg!! Haha enough fangirlling. Well I'll stop talking, so here is... Chapter 55? Wow. Okay erm... May I just say thank you for all the likes, comments, favorites, fans, etc for making this possible!! There might be a sequel to this but I'm not entirely sure! Now I hope you guys enjoy this chapter and have a great day!!!

Even though I had a soft knowing of where Kaylie went, I couldn't break her promise. She said she needed some time to think, but it was scaring everyone. I'm a bad person for not saying anything sooner, but I don't know what to do. I erased the thoughts as we went to a stop at a red light. Kaylie hadn't texted back yet, but I know she read it. I could just tell.

"Do you think she went back to ?" Olivia asked Harry.

"I don't have a clue. I just hope she's safe and okay. I just hope her and the child is in a good place just relaxing. I'm really nervous." He panicked. I took a deep breath in.

"Harry, We'll find her." Olivia smirked, patting Harry's back. He continued on green and drove down the road. I then felt my phone buzz, but not really loud. It was Kaylie.

"Look, I can't have Harry deal with someone like me. I just can't. I'm in the way of his life and him being a father will only bring him down." is what she sent me. I rolled my eyes.

"Kaylie, because of you, he's been the happiest. Ever since he met you at that concert, he's been way more happier. I've never seen Harry this devoted to someone or this excited to go home after a concert or an interview. You're not bringing him down, your raising him up." I sent it, looking up at Olivia. She was staring out the window, miserably. I sighed.

"I can't take it anymore." I said aloud. Olivia turned her head.

"I know what you mean." she answered.

"No, I can't take the guilt anymore."

"What do you mean?" I sighed, looking at my hands.

"I saw her leave last night. I didn't think to stop her because I didn't think it was necessary. Now I feel like this is my fault." I told partly the truth. I didn't lie, but I didn't tell all the truth either.

"Liam, it's not your fault. You didn't think of anything bad from it." Olivia started.

"Did she tell you at all by any chance where she was headed?" he asked. I hesitated, biting my lip. I couldn't break a promise, but I couldn't lie. I guess lying was better than breaking a promise.

"I don't really remember." I pinched my leg, hoping this was all a dream. It wasn't, sadly. It was silent until Harry parked in an empty parking lot. He took a deep breath before stepping out into the chilly weather. I watched as he walked out into the middle, looking up into the sky. He looked unsure, obviously. Olivia stepped out and walked over to him. They chatted among themselves. They were too far for me to hear what they were saying. I quickly grabbed my phone, dialing her number.

"Kaylie, games over. You need to call Harry. He's freaking out." I whispered.

"I know, I'm scaring myself." her voice was shaky and her breathing pattern was thick. It was as if she had been crying.

"Maybe you're bottling this up instead of talking to someone." I told her.

"I've never been like this before." At that moment, I hung up. I hung up on her without hesitation. I knew what I had to do. I hopped into the front seat and started the car. I knew I would probably regret breaking a promise and lying all in the same day, but right now, I didn't care. I had to do what I had to do. I rolled the window down and put my head through it.

"Harry, Olivia, get in the car!" I shouted, driving towards them. Harry and Olivia hesitated, but then jumped in with a bit of confusion.

"What's going on?" Olivia asked. I drove onto the road and smirked to myself. I felt a bit better, but I also felt like shit. I ignored Olivia's questioning only because it was hard to explain without being lectured. I drove out and over to the apartment where her brother was peacefully at ease. I parked and sat down.

"What are we doing?" Harry asked, a bit confused.

"You really want to know where Kaylie went?" I stopped, taking a deep breath. "She's on the fourth floor of room 3b. It's at her brother's stay." I sighed, looking at the rearview mirror. Harry smiled, quickly opening my door.

"You sure she's here?"

"Positive." In that moment, Harry quickly rushed out and over to the building. Before he went inside, I stuck my head out the window.

"Harry, talk to her. She's really upset."

Harry's POV: I rushed over to the Elevator and smiled. Room 3b. Fourth floor. The elevator opened and as I walked in, I pressed the second floor. This was going to be great. I needed to know why she left. What did she mean by 'we need some time to think?' obviously I knew what she meant when she wrote 'I don't even know what we're going to do if you go on another tour when the kid is born.' I don't know either. That's why we needed to talk about things. I needed to know if she was okay. Or, at least in the emotional stage. As I heard the third beep, (third floor) the light went out, as well as the elevator. It went to an immediate halt, surprisingly. That's when I began to panic. My hand touched the doorway of the elevator as my fist began to clench. I banged on the door, hoping someone would hear me.

"Help! Someone help!" I shouted, but it was no use. That's when I began to remember that my phone was still in the car with Liam and Olivia. Shit!
