Pinky Promises

"Well tell me something. Tell me a lie." I asked him. He thought to himself for a moment and then smiled. "I hate you." He wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed my forehead. I turned to face him. "Now tell me something true." I whispered. "I love you. I could never hurt you and I never will." He finally spoke. I giggled to myself. "Promise?" I stuck my pinky up at him. He intertwined his pinky with mine and leaned in next to my ear. "Promise."

2. Morning Surprise

Kaylie's POV: Last night as we were leaving, Niall gave Olivia his number. I think there's going to be something between them soon. We drove back to the hotel and plopped onto our beds. "Wow, this has been the best day of my life!" Olivia shouted aloud. She sat up in excitement. "I came to England with my best friend in the whole wide world, I went to a One Direction concert, met One Direction, and got Niall Horan's number!" She was now jumping on the bed. "Hun, please calm down. I'm all tired out." I mumbled as my eyes were shut. "Should I text him now?" She asked me. I sat up slowly and looked at her. "I don't know, yes?" I got up and grabbed my phone. No new messages, no missed calls. I sighed, ringing up Ryan. No answer. I put my phone down and got looked out the window. Olivia walked out of the bedroom and into the living room. I went into the bathroom and put on a short nightgown. It was probably too inappropriate but it was only Olivia and it didn't really matter. I laid in my bed and slowly shut my eyes. Even though I was loving England so far, I really missed America. It was my home and I guess I was feeling a bit homesick.

I opened my eyes, noticing a light shining through the curtains. I heard a small laugh in the living room. It was probably Olivia laughing at the telly again. I walked out of the bedroom, noticing Olivia, Niall, and Harry. Harry smiled at me, looking down at his fingers. I looked down at myself, noticing I was still in my short nightgown. "Oh, sorry." I mumbled. "Well good morning to you too, sexy." Olivia joked. "I didn't expect self-obsessed and PDAster in my living room." I joked as well. Harry didn't seem so happy to hear me say that. I didn't care though. "Don't you mean Olivia's Boyfriend?" Niall said, holding Olivia close. "Awe!" I whined. I was a bit jealous since I couldn't be with my boyfriend. I shook off that though. "Well I'm going to change into something less revealing." I informed them, walking into my bedroom.

I put on some blue jean shorts and a purple baggy, short sleeve shirt. I fluffed my hair a tad and added some mascara and walked back out. "Anyone want pancakes?" I asked. Niall's smile grew three times bigger. "I do!!" Niall cheered, which made Olivia giggle. I walked into the kitchen and started making the batter. As I poured some onto the pan, I heard footsteps coming closer followed by a raspy voice. "Hey beautiful. I just helped some kids down the hall with their bike. Where's that date?" He seemed very cheeky. I chuckled, looking at him. "Sounds more like helping out a neighbor." I explained. He turned me towards him. "What do I have to do to prove to you then?" he seemed to be out of luck. "It's not about doing something nice. It's about not caring for the fame. Being a normal human being. Having a life of no 'popstar' title." I explained thoroughly. I began to make the next few pancakes when he chuckled to himself. "Well then, how about a day of having a regular day, you and I?" he smiled. I shook my head. "Isn't that considered a date?" I asked him. "No, it's just two friends hanging out. I can show you the fun things in life without the fame." He explained. He sat up on the counter and waited for me to reply. I thought for a moment. "Okay, only as friends." I can't believe I'm doing this. Me, hanging out with Harry Styles. The Harry Styles. He stuck his pinky in my face. I stopped what I was doing and looked him in the eyes. I smiled. Sticking my pinky up, I intertwined mine with his. He got off the counter and helped me set the table up. The other two joined us and we all sat at the table.

"So Kaylie, do you have a boyfriend?" Niall asked, eating two pancakes at once. I nodded. "His name's Ryan. He lives back in America." I answered. Harry nodded, taking a big bite out of his pancake. We all chatted more about Olivia and me when Harry stood up. "Niall, we still have that thing we have to do." He mumbled, cleaning up his plate. Niall nodded and got up as well, cleaning his face off. "Sorry that we are in a rush, but we have some things back at the studio that we have to do." Niall informed Olivia. She walked them to the door. I cleaned the rest of the plates up and walked to the couch. It was awhile before Olivia walked back in. She had a devil smile on her face as she approached me. "Guess what I did?" she sat on the couch next me. "... what did you do?" I knew this wouldn't be good. Then, my phone buzzed. It was an unfamiliar number. "Hey Beautiful(: It's Harry."

Harry's POV: As we were leaving, Olivia came out and grabbed my phone. "I know you fancy Kaylie." she looked up at me. "Me? No! Not at all. She's an obnoxious girl who doesn't think about anyone but herself."  I started. It was a lie, though. She wasn't obnoxious but she was very rude at times. I wasn't starting to fancy her, not at all,  but she was very interesting. I mean, why doesn't she like us? Is it our music? Is it just me? I just don't understand why she isn't a fan. "Well I bet that obnoxious girl wants your number badly." she said. Yeah, right.. "Can you just tell me why she doesn't like us?" I finally asked. It was going to be the same thing as usual. She thought to herself and then shrugged. "She never really liked boy bands. I really don't understand why she doesn't." is all she said. She put Kaylie's number in my phone and handed it back. "I'll chat with you later, Princess." Niall said, kissing her cheek. We walked down the hotel floors where the fans had been. I covered my face with my coat and sat in the car. We drove down the street. "Next time, I don't want to be the third wheel." I told him. He chuckled. "You weren't the third wheel. Kaylie was there." Ugh, that name. She confuses me so much. I don't really know what to do about it, though. I let out a small sigh and looked at my phone. Her number was right there. Kaylie Sitter. "Hey beautiful(: It's Harry."
