I found a boy {Austin Mahone}

When we first started moving around I never ever thought it would be like this. The strange thing for me wasn't the moving, but the people we kept running into. I found a boy a long time ago, and he just kept showing up everywhere. It was kinda scaring me, but he seemed nice. Though he was everywhere! La Vernia, Houston, San Antnio, Los Angeles, New York, London and now here... Rosie what are you getting yourself into?
Meet Rosie Baine, 16 year old young girl originally from Boston, Massachusetts who moves around all the time, but everything changes the day her and her family moves into a huge apartment in Miami, Florida. She sees her new neighbor and suddenly life is changed once again, as she again found him. The boy.

10. Backstage

I stepped out in Toronto, a city a bit colder than Miami, but it wasn’t much as it was summer and the weather was lovely most places. Austin, the crew, his managers and all of his other important people were right behind me, as Austin took my hand and led me the way through the airport and out into the city of Toronto. We were staying at this really fancy hotel I really liked. It was almost like a dream come true staying a place like this.

“This is just amazing.”

“I know right? That’s why we love travelling so much with Austin, we’re treated with VIP everywhere we go.”

Robert sent me a smirk as he took a sip of his coke and lay back in the chair he was sitting in.

“And don’t think that’s enough. We get so much attention, and it’s probably the most amazing kind of attention ever.”

Zach continued whilst Alex was on his phone and that’s when we all giggled a bit. It was really fun to hang out with these boys, and I suddenly realized that they hadn’t changed much since I left Texas, they had only grown a bit older.

The day flew by and soon we were on our way to the concert where Austin was playing with Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift. We entered the concert venue followed by bodyguards and other people. It was fun to see how everyone was not only screaming his name, but the names of his friends as well. None of them knew me, and I was kinda glad they didn’t, though I would have enjoyed a bit of attention as well.

“That was different.”

“Yeah, it was great.”

“I don’t know.”

“You’ve seen it before though.”

“Yeah I saw it in London.”

“Yeah, I’ve never asked, why did you choose to go to England?”

“Because we needed something different to happen, and somehow it ended up being while you were there and then I ran into you again.”

“You guys have literally seen each other in every city haven’t you?”

“Do you want the list Zach?”

“No that’s alright.”

“Oh here it is; La Vernia, Houston, San Antonio, Los Angeles, New York, London and Miami. Oh and I think I might have bumped into you one day in Chicago as well haven’t I?”

“Yeah just before you left for I guess.”

We giggled a bit to us self before walking into the venue where we were met by different crews and saw the star of the show sitting with the redheaded ginger kid, whose songs had changed my life ever since I heard them in England, where I also met him once.

“Taylor, Ed!”

“Austin! Good to have you back mate, how are you?”

“I’m great thanks, what about you?”

“Yeah I’m alright, and I see you brought your friends again!”

“Robert, Zach, Alex and?”

“I’m Rosie Baine.”

I gave Taylor my hand for her to shook, but she pulled me in for a hug, just like she had done with the rest of the boys before.

“It’s really nice to meet you Rosie.”

“You too.”

“Are you excited about the concert?”

“Of course I am.”

I smiled at her as I saw the ginger walk up and smile at all of us before he greeted the boys and then turned to me.

“I’ve seen you before haven’t I?”

“You remember?”

“Rosie Baine, the American girl from London, who was at what? 12 of my concerts when you were nothing more but 14/15 years old?”

“Guilty as charged, those were some amazing concerts though, I kinda got obsessed with them I guess.”

“You must say so. So what brings you to Canada?”

“Austin Mahone.”

“You guys know each other?”

“We go way back, from when I lived in Texas.”

“It’s good to see you again, are you gonna be better than the times I’ve seen you before?”

“You bet I am.”

“Good, you’ve just challenged yourself there Ed.”

“I guess I have.”

He laughed a bit of my joke before I was pulled with the rest of the crew to Austin’s part backstage he didn’t have much time before he had to get ready, which meant I’d be left with the rest of the crew and the singers backstage, but soon someone came in and told me there was a sidebar where we would be able to see the concert from the side of the stage, and I would also be able to go up in front of the fence and have front row for the entire concert if that was what I wanted.

Whilst Austin was getting ready to perform I was fooling around with the boys in a lounge thing. We were having the best pillow fight ever, and I ruled to this right now.

“OMG you didn’t!”

Robert yelled after I had gotten him straight in the head, and started running after me and make me fall over on the floor before he started tickling me and hit me a couple of times with the pillow, but soon that fun was over as well because Alex and Zach joined in our little fight and all of the boys landed on top of me and kept lying there when Austin and Dave soon came into the room. Austin threw himself on top of the boys witch caused me to scream a bit. Not that he was heavy, but having 4 teenage boys on top of you was actually heavy and it would end up giving me a headache.

“Guys I’m having trouble breathing down here!”

They all moved away still laughing and me the same thing. When I was the last one on the floor, Austin offered me his hand and pulled me up.

“Are you okay?”

“Yeah I’m fine, but God you guys are heavy together!”

“We’re teenage boys who all works out, what did you expect?”

“More air!”

I laughed to myself and took Austin’s hand as I looked him in the eyes.

“I’ve got to go baby. I’m gotta find my microphone.”

“I know.”

My voice was a whisper. I looked down on our intertwined fingers and then back up into his eyes.

“Good luck.”

He smiled at me and placed a soft kiss over my lips before he left me with the crew.
