A Tale Of Two Parts.

Thought I'd try something a bit different. This is a two-part poem.

2. Part 2: Him.

I can't take it anymore.
You're flawless. Can I scream it
Out to everyone that would listen?
It'd be much easier than convincing you.

Where is that talented, beautiful,
Funny girl I fell in love with?
She was strong to the world,
And inspiration to some, an idol to others.

Sometimes I wish you'd realise
How much people adore you,
How much we all love you.
Your smile, your beauty, I love it all.

Please don't hurt yourself,
You're not made of paper, my love.
Even if you were, I don't think that
Glue fixes the marks of paper cuts.

Your bracelets don't hide much,
We just don't want to mention it
For fear of losing you finally.
But I fear that we've already lost you.

I don't think you're selfish, beautiful,
We're all messed up in our own little ways.
I have trust issues, but I trust you,
Please, trust me on this one.

I hope you're okay, my darling,
I'm thinking and worrying about you tonight.
You seemed more upset than normal today,
I wish I'd comforted you.

I got the news today.
You didn't deserve any of this.
I'm mad at myself, angry.
I should've told you how I feel.

I love you.
