17. Chapter 15

"I'm so sorry!" Jade said with shock all over her face.

"Um," Christina mumbled looking down at her feet.

"Jade, can we talk? Privately?" Jesy said grabbing her wrist. "I'll be back," she whispered into Christina's ear.

Christina stood there awkwardly as the two girls walked away. Christina watched them as they headed up to the VIP room the Little Mix girls had for the night. Christina couldn't believe this was happening.

"Hey!" Leigh-Anne said running up to Christina. Perrie was close behind her.

"Where did Jade and Jesy go?" Perrie asked and Christina pointed up to the room.

Leigh-Anne and Perrie looked confused, worried, and shocked. They glanced at each other before running up the stairs to find out what was going on between Jesy and Jade.

Christina knew that it was her time to leave the club. She pushed her way through the crowd and outside. She was at the back of the club where smokers usually slip out to take a hit or two.

"Jesy what in the world did I just witness?!?" Jade yelled as she threw her hands up.

"Jade, I don't know to be honest!" Jesy started. She sat down and covered her face with her hands. "I... I just really like her."

Perrie and Leigh-Anne walked in and looked at the two girls.

"What's going on?" they asked in unison.

"Tell them," Jade said looking over at Jesy.

"Um," Jesy started. She bit her lip and took a deep breathe. "I kissed Christina."

"What?" Leigh-Anne and Perrie screamed. Leigh-Anne sat down and Perrie walked around for a minute.

"Why?" Perrie asked.

"Have you been drinking?" Leigh-Anne asked.

"I like her Perrie and Leigh-Anne, no I haven't drank anything tonight," Jesy chewed on her lip while the girls remained calm.

"Where is she?" Leigh-Anne asked.

"I thought she was right behind us," Perrie said.

"You left her down there by herself!!!" Jesy stood up and stormed from the room.

"Jesy stop!" Perrie pulled her back into the room. "I'll call Ron and he'll tell me if she left. If not I'll have him go look for her. Right now, we need to talk."

Jesy pouted as she did a quick look over the dance floor looking for the bright blue that was in Christina's hair. Perrie eventually pulled her back into the room and shut the door. As she had promised she called the bouncer Ron and he agreed to go look for her. After all, Little Mix was responsible for her tonight.

"You like her? Like, like like her?" Perrie said sitting down trying to understand what was going on.

"Perrie, you know how you felt when you had your first date with Zayn? Remember how you couldn't stop talking about the butterflies in your stomach? Remember how you said he made you nervous and relaxed all in one? That's how Christina makes me feel. She took me by storm today," Jesy stopped and quickly wiped away a tear. "I know this wouldn't be ideal for me to come out as a bisexual. I know! I just want him."

Perrie nodded and so did Jade.

"Sorry for making a big deal out of it. I guess it was just a shock," Jade apologized walking over and giving Jesy a hug.

"Thanks," Jesy whispered hugging Jade tight.

"Jesy, you know you can't be with her though right?" Leigh-Anne said.

"Why not? I said I know it's not ideal but it's who I am!" Jesy protested immediately feeling angry.

"Do you really think it would be good for us to admit we have a bisexual in the group? We can't risk it. I'm not telling you anything that management won't tell you once they find out."

Perrie and Jade looked down knowing that Leigh-Anne was right. But, Jesy wasn't finished arguing yet. Her emotions were high and she knew there was something special with her and Christina.

Something special doesn't always come around. Once you have it you can't just let it go.

"Leigh-Anne! We always promised each other that we would never judge each other. I have thought for awhile that maybe I do like girls," Jesy was trying to hold in the tears, "but I didn't want to cause trouble for the group. Then, when I met Christina I knew that something special was there. Leigh-Anne. She could be my one and only. She really could. I need the chance to figure it all out."

Leigh-Anne looked down at her feet while a few tears strayed from Jesy's eyes.

"I need you girls' support. If someone saw me with Christina tonight then we'll have to talk to management soon. I have to find Christina first to find out if she feels the same way. Girls, I need to know if you are going to be on my side?"

All the girls looked around for a minute. Jade took a deep breath and said, "I'm on your side. I can tell that it is really hurting you that you could lose her. I'm here for you girl." Jade walked over and hugged Jesy again.

"I will be on your side. It may be hard to adjust but don't worry I'm on your side," Perrie said walking over hugging Jesy too.

"I just don't know," Leigh-Anne said looking over at the girls. "I'm sorry I just don't know."

The other three girls looked at her in shock. They always had each others back. This was beyond unusual.

"But," Leigh-Anne started. "I will have your back. You are my sister after all," Leigh-Anne ran over joining the hug.

The girls laughed at each other because for some reason they were all crying. There was a knock on the door.

"Ladies?" Ron opened the door slightly.

"Come on in Ron," Perrie called.

"I couldn't find the girl. I think she left," Ron said.

Jesy's face dropped and she pushed past the girls and Ron. She ran down the stairs and out onto the dance floor.
