32. Relief from the Storm

Harry's POV

"Mr. Styles, you are very lucky." Dr. Booth said as he scribbled on his clip board. "In most cases like this, being shot in the shoulder, destroys some nerves. Leaving most victims with a dead hand. You, however got shot in just the right place, if there is such a thing. Plus, you've also recovered miraculously from your coma. I think it's time for you to go home, with your mother."

"Thank you, Doctor." Mum looked thrilled. "I could I have a list of complications I need to avoid? And anything else?" She followed him out, a trail of questions already out of her mouth.

I get to go home. Soon, I'll be back on the stage again.

Jamie's POV

"I'll be back." I told Katy as I gave her a big hug. "I promise." The boys and El were already in the car ready to go. It was time for our flight back to England, and Katy did not like it at all.

"Can't I come with you?" She wined. "You just got here."

"No," I started, but she just sighed.

"Fine." She gave me another hug and walked away.

"You need to stop spoiling her." I gave my dad a no-nonsense look. "She's becoming a brat."

"I'll work on it." He said. "Be careful."

I started to walk away, but I stopped. I turned around and ran into the open arms of my dad. I may be far from forgiving him, but I couldn't fight anymore. I needed my dad, no matter how many times I say I don't, I do. He's the only parent I have left and yeah, he made a mistake, but up to that he was the best father anyone could ever ask for. He was there for me for everything; my first steps, my first loose tooth, my dance lesson and recitals. He has always been there. "I miss you, daddy."

"Oh, honey." He said as he started to cry. "I've missed you too."
