10. Back Down the Red Carpet

Delilah's POV
There was an after party that Justin was expected to attend then there was an after after party that I couldn't wait to get over and done with. Shannon an the other stylist would be there with our new outfits and to top up my makeup and hair. Before we could even get to the first after party we had to make it through the red carpet and this time Justin was to stop to talk to fans.

Delilahs POV

Getting down the red carpet took about over an hour. Half way down the line it got really freezing and I started to chitter. " Are you cold?" Justin said once he saw me chittering and shaking. "I'm fine" I said I couldn't help I didn't want him to feel bad and spend less time with his fans. "No your not, here take this" he said while taking his suit coat off and wrapping it around my shoulders. There was a chorus of "awww's" from his fans. Which made me blush and Justin smile. About half an hour later I was shaking and chittering again so justin ordered that I waited in the car. It was nice having him care about my well being it wouldn't last though. His nice spells never did.
Justin's POV
It took over an hour for me to see most of my fans. Delilah looked absolutely freezing. I felt bad, maybe not just about the jacket but for being rude with no explanation and saying what I did yesterday. I gave her my jacket which she tried to refuse by telling me she was fine through shakes and chittering teeth. When I finally got it around her my fans all shouted awww. That made me really happy I like it when my fans like my friends. And I don't know why or how but I was going to make Delilah stick round for just a wee bit longer. I told her to go wait in the car while I finished up as she was still freezing after she got my jacket. I couldn't have her catch hyperthermia or something that's not the right way to treat your guests. Because I took so long going back down the red carpet "I was no longer obliged to attend" management told me. Sometimes I hated not being able to make my own decisions but if it wasn't for the people who make my decisions. I wouldn't have anything to make decisions about. That gave us an hour to get ready for the real fun. I hope Delilah enjoys herself
