11. The Forever Winter

The clouds are bleeding
And wounds are seeding,

Staring at the powder on the ground
A euphoric joy is finally found,

For sorrow is my source of life,
It gives me feeling, a burning strife,

A winter's view on a fine Spring day,
Helps to take my pain away,

But Winter is mortal, far from forever,
Without it life is a constant endeavor,

I insult myself branding this as a life,
And only live with my trusted knife,

So just how long will this Winter last,
When over I will live in a past,

A time of ice and frost and tears,
Addicted to misery and lusting fears.
