Wishing For More

Rose Weasley heads off to her first year at Hogwarts. She forms a unlikely relationship with first year hottie, Scorpius Malfoy. Her family keeps on saying it won't last but she won't believe them. As they get to know each other, she keeps hoping that it will turn into more than friendship.

3. James, James, James

Rose yawned and sat up. She looked around at her surroundings. She saw 3 other girls fast asleep in beds that were Gryffindor colors. A narrow window was next to each bed. She tiptoed out her bed careful not to wake the others. She had forgotten she was at Hogwarts. She could see the dawn awaking, her dawn was awaking as well because it was the start of her first day at Hogwarts. Rose looked at the other girls. They were nice girls but Rose couldn't see any spark in them. They were like mindless zombies. It seemed they always followed command without question. Rose got dressed and crept out of the room. She walked down a small corridor and went down the Girl's staircase. She reached the Common Room. Rose quite liked the Common Room, it had a fuzzy warm feeling to it. Rose sat down and tried to make goals for herself in her head. She came up with:

1. Do well at my classes

2.Get to know Scorpius

At the second she stopped.

She thought "Scorp seems really nice. I really want to get to know him. I know that James will be mad, but who cares what he thinks."

Rose decided she should head to breakfast. It would be hard to try to find the Grand Hall. On the way to the Common Room last night, Rose had noted all the confusing traps they had to get though to get through to the common room. She thought she knew the way. After goign through tons of corridors and passageways, she had no idea where she was.

"Okay, So I don't acually know the way." she thought.

She took a deep breath. Rose had no idea where she was. She saw a shadow appear, Rose screamed because this felt like a horror movie.

"Rose, calm down. It's just me, James." James smirked.

"You're going the wrong way." he laughed.

"It's down that corridor."

"Thanks." Rose smiled at him, he was acually being nice to her which was a nice change.

She followed the corridor and it turned into the Great Hall. She sat down at one end of the table and choose a bowl of Owl Crunch. James went to go sit down with his friends. A little while later, she saw Scorpuis come in. She waved and he waved back. Rose didn't notice the disgusted looks James was giving them. Scorpius sat down.

"Hey Scorp"

'Hey Rose"

He settled on a bowl of Owl Crunch as well.

"how 'ou doing" he said in between bites of cereal.

"Good, excited to start classes."

James kept on getting closer. Finally Rose, saw him.

"Is there something you want?"

"Yeah, I want to know what are you doing with a MALFOY?!"

Rose fumed, James was so annoying.

"He is my friend. You have a problem with that?"

James stared at her like it was obvious.

"He's a Malfoy. His dad was a DEATH EATER, Rose."

"You need to stop judging people, James."

James looked at her.

"I guess so. I'm sorry Malfoy."

"That's okay." Scorpius said.

James put his hand out his hand and Scorpius shook it.

"Ha ha ha, you dirty Malfoy, look at your hand."

Rose looked down, Scorpius's hand was covered ink. James showed them a bottle of Shake Hands Ink. The Ink that when you shake hands with someone, you get ink on them.

"Now, the entire world can see how dirty you are."

"I thought you said you would stop teasing him!?" Rose was so angry at her cousin.

"Boy Rosie, you are so thick. I not judge a Malfoy? Ha, I would never. Scorpius is such a little worm. Bye!" James left laughing.

They set to try to get the ink off of Scorpius's hands.

"We will get him back for that!" Rose said.

"Of course." Scorpius finally wiped off all the ink.

"What should we do?"

Rose simply replied "Let's ask Al, I have a feeling he would like to help us. He likes James as much as I do."

They saw Al just about to leave the hall, they ran up to him.

Al turned around.

Scorpius and Rose both started talking at the same time.

Al laughed "Quiet down, so I can actually hear what you are saying."

Bit by bit, they told Al what had happened.

"I'm in!" he said after hearing.

"What should we do?" Rose asked her friends.

"How about a prank war?" Scorpuis spoke up.

"That's a great idea, he loves playing pranks but he gets super mad if anyone tries to play a prank on him." Al exclaimed.

"James, better be ready, because we are going to make him sorry for everything he's done to Scorpius."

They set off to their first class, ready to plan their first prank later.
