Edit: since I finished this, I have made major changes to Chesha and her story. I will be rewriting this

Chesha is the elven princess of Aakridi, a planet across the sun from Earth. When heroes arrive at her planet unexpectedly with a human girl who looks oddly like Chesha, weird things start to happen.

9. Back in Shape

"Come on Chesha you can do this." Muuko murmured.

I stood in the training yard. Two days since I'd been poisoned, five days since Rigslam's death. I aimed at the target six yards away.

"Can't we back it up a little?" I whined.

"No. You're getting back in shape." Muuko shook his head, arms crossed.

I sighed and aimed again. I let the arrow fly and watched as it hit the second to outside ring.

"Shit!" I yelled, threw my bow, and stomped away.

"Chesha!" Muuko called. "Get back here."

"No!" I yelled over my shoulder.

I heard him and suddenly he grabbed me, slinging me over his shoulder.

"Muuko..." I went limp.

"Come on, Dad would've wanted us to keep going." Muuko murmured.

"But, I can't." I muttered, watching the ground.

"You can."

"I missed, from six yards." I sighed.

"You have a lot going on in your head, I know." he put me down on the fence. "But you need to focus and try."

I looked down.

"Muuko, I don't think I can. I-I miss dad and I only trained with him." I choked back tears.

He sighed. Rubbing his eyes he said, "You don't think this is affecting me or Koquz? Im the new King and Koquz was always hunting with dad. You...just go and do whatever the hell you want."

I teared up, knowing he was disappointed. I stood and started walking away.

"Chesha!" Someone called.

I looked at Shadowcat.

"Would you mind showing us...Earth people, the lake Koquz was talking about." She smiled sheepishly.

I nodded.

"Lake Wequi. I know the place."

I followed her to the teams.

"Chesha are you alright?" Phoenix asked.

"I'm fine!" I snapped at the red head.

She nodded.

"How are you feeling after the poisoning?" Beast asked.

"Fine. Now let's go to Lake Wequi." I started off.

"Yea, she's not takin it to well." I heard Bruce mutter to Captain America.

I stiffened and clenched my teeth. 'I am fine. Why can't they leave me alone?!' I thought. I clenched and unclenched my fists.
