19. I Meant It

Cammy's POV-

"I think she's waking up," Louis says.

"She's so cute when she sleeps," Harry adds. I open my eyes to five boys sitting in plastic hospital chairs, around me.

"Hey baby girl," Liam says. I smile at him.

"Hi," I say but my voice is raspy and it hurts to talk.

"Don't talk. You screamed pretty loud," Zayn says. I nod my head and play with my hands.

"How are you feeling, angel?" Niall asks.

"My throat, chest, leg, and arm hurt," I whisper. They all sadly smile at me.

"How long was I sleeping?" I whisper. Geez it hurts to talk.

"You got out of surgery 3 hours ago," Lou answers.

"How is everything?" I whisper again.

"You are much better now. We just need you to stay at the hospital overnight, but tomorrow if everything goes okay, you can go home," the Doctor says walking in. I nod.

After he tells some things to the boys about pain relievers and medicine, he leaves.

"Angel, can I talk to you?" Niall asks. I nod my head. The boys leave after they each give me a hug and kiss. Liam shuts the door because he is the last one to leave.

"When you were screaming, you called me daddy," Niall says laying in my bed next to me, while cuddling me. I nod my head and look into his eyes.

"I meant it," I whisper.

"Really?" Niall asks.

"You and the boys mean the world to me and I love you all so much. I feel like you and I are the closest and we have something special. I guess what I'm saying is that I feel like you are my dad and the boys are my brothers. I feel like you were meant to be my dad," I whisper, with my throat aching from my speech. I see tears in his eyes and a few form in mine.

"I feel like you were meant to be my daughter," he whispers and kisses my nose.

"Can I call you daddy now?" I ask.

"Of course, angel," he says.

"I love you, daddy," I say.

"I love you too, angel," he says

I hug him with all of the strength I have.
