Forever and Ever

Charlotte Burke is a normal seventeen year old girl. She lives near LA and is used to all the famous people flying in and out. After her father walked out on her and her mother, she was the one to take care of her mom and adopted sister, Annie. She never wanted anything more in life than her family's happiness.
Harry, Liam, Louis, Niall, and Zayn are anything but a normal boys. Being in a boy band was always an important and lucky part of their lives. By now they were used to all the girls: crazy and throwing themselves at them.
One lucky encounter could change everything for them both. Will Char be able to get over her grudge against pop stars? Will the band realize that by falling for Char music won't be the only important thing? Will they even be able to date with one of them being British and the other American?
Love always has it's ways of working, but it usually comes with a price..............

15. Louis Too Late

Louis's POV
We finished the movie up in Char's room then talked for what seemed like hours.

"See you guys later!" She smiled, waving goodbye as we drove away.
I watched her get farther and father as the car drove then I turned and looked at Harry. He was talking with Zayn about the football match last night, so he was able to avoid meeting my glare.

"Hello?" She answered her phone on the first ring. Right when I got back into my hotel room and away from Harry.
"Hey! It's Louis." I smiled.
"Hey Lou, I know it's you! I have caller ID." She giggled.
"Oh... Right." I laughed.
"So why'd you call?" She asked.
"Um, I was wondering if you wanted to do something tomorrow." I said.
"Oh! I'd love to, but I'm actually doing something with Harry tomorrow." She said. I felt myself screaming on the inside. Of course he had beat me to it.
"Hmm... Well how about another time then?" I tried to sound optimistic.
"Sure! Whenever is good." She agreed happily.

Char's POV
Only three seconds after Louis hung up, Harry called.
"Hello, Curly." I answered.
"Good evening, m'lady." He chuckled.
"Why're you calling?" I asked.
"You sound disappointed."
"No, I'm tired. Spending time with weirdos does that to me." I joked.
Truth was that I was soo tired, but I had no clue why.
"I was just checking up that our date was still on." He said.
"Of course it is! Do I need to bring anything?" I asked.
"Just your beautiful self. Oh and maybe a bathing suit... Maybe we can go swimming." He said.
"Sounds like a plan." I smiled.
"I'll pick you up at noon, yeah?"
"Alright, well I won't hold you up."
"No!" I blurted.
"No what?" He asked as I let out an embarrassed laugh.
"I like talking with you." I confessed.
"Well in that case, I'm not getting off this telephone until your sick of me." He promised, I could tell he was pleased.
"I doubt I can ever get sick of you."
"Good. Cuz I know for a fact I won't ever get tired of you."
"So, you think I'm gonna be your future wife?" I smiled, remembering what he had told me earlier.
"Hmm, if I'm lucky."
"Right now I feel like the lucky one." I said, practically giddy with happiness.
"Nope. I'm luckier." He argued.
And that was the beginning of our conversation that lasted until two in the morning.

Rinnnnng. Rinnnnng.
My phone was buzzing against my hip. I yawned and stretched, unsure what time it was.
"Hullo?" I mumbled into the phone, not even bothering to check the ID.
"Good morning, love." A familiar, male, husky, voice answered.
"Morning Curly." I grinned.
"Sorry I probably woke you up."
"Nah it's fine. I needed to get up anyway."
"But I just gotta ask you something that's been bothering me all night."
"Aw, yeah sure! Anything. What's wrong?" I frowned.
"I don't mean to sound controlling or demanding or anything, but do you like Louis?" He asked. I tilted my head, unsure how to answer.
"As a friend? Or more?" I sighed.
"Erm- more..." He admitted.
"Hmm... He's sweet and funny. I have plans with him soon..."
"You didn't answer the question."
"Yes. I like you and I also like Louis. Luckily I decided that I do not have any feelings left for Sean." I said.
Silence greeted me.
"You- said- you- liked- me." He choked.
"I do." I laughed.
"I'm fanguying over you! You have no idea how I see you..." He chuckled.
"I had a dream about you last night." I whispered. It wasn't a dream I was proud of.
"Oh? And what was it about." Harry was smiling.
"I'll tell you in person." I told him.
"Ok. See you in an hour or so!"

Being the mess that I was, I went into super speed cleaning up. First I hopped into the shower, then I blew my hat dry and put it into a braid, then I put on a navy bandeau bikini top and hot pink boy short bottoms. Since it was supposed to be hot, I put a pair of cut off jean shorts and my favorite Pink tank top which was hot pink.
"Char! Wake up!" My mom yelled at 11:30.
"I am up!" I yelled back, skipping down the stairs.
"Good, I'm going to work after I take Annie to Bridget's." my mom said.
"Fun. I'm gonna be out for awhile but I'll be back to watch her tonight."
"Good. See you later." My mom kissed my cheek and Annie gave me a hug.
"Bye! Have a good time!" I called to her. She smiled and gave me a thumbs up then climbed into the car.
I grabbed a small bit of breakfast and flicked on a tiny amount of mascara and then put together a bag with my phone, wallet, and some other small things.

At 12:01 the door bell rang. I sighed and opened it, seeing a curly-haired boy leaning against the doorframe with a grin plastered onto his face.
My day was definitely going to be something to remember...
