22. Refused.

My vision became smaller and smaller. My eyelids became closer and closer together. I eventually closed my eyes and could only hear. I couldn't open my eyes. It felt as if I have million pounds on my eyes. Justin began to shake my chest. He placed on hand underneath my breast and one near my collar bone. He bagan to lightly shake me. I felt a tear hit my cheek I was worried at that point because it wasn't mine.

About 2 minutes later, I heard about 3 people heavily stomping into the room where I layed unconscious, and unable to see.

People: what happen?!

They asked Justin multiple questions as they gently lifted me into a steady stretcher. It was very similar to the one that I was on when I was took into the hospital after my horrific car accident. I was lifted and felt a rushing motion as the wheels of the stretcher rotated and rotated and rotated. I felt safe now. Justin was still clutching onto my hand.

People: let go sir! We must transfer her to the nearest hospital as soon as possible! You are in risk of becoming hurt!

they shouted at Justin, his hand rained glued to mine and cluched on tighter as he was scolded.

Justin: I CAN'T! IM NOT LEVING HER EVER! SHE IS THE BEST THING THAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME! I REFUSE TO LEAVE HER SIDE!

He shouted at the top of his lungs in fury.

People: SIR YOU MUST! WE WILL CALL MIAMI POLICE BEACUSE YOU ARE REFUSING TO OBEY A PARAMEDICS COMMAND! YOU ARE BECOMING A NUCENCE TO THIS EMERGENCY! LET GO!

The paramedic shouted loudly and toughly. Justin still resisted.

Justin: I REFUSE TO LET HER LEAVE MY SIDE! SHE WILL SUFFER. I PROMISED HER!

his hand became hot and tight. The paramedics got the message that he will not let go. After this dispute, I was lifted into a truck. The doors slammed near my feet. Justin still holding onto my hand. I began to regain a minimal amount of concious. It was very small. I couldn't move my head so I was staring at a metal roofing to the quick moving ambulance. It took only about 15 minutes for the truck to come to a smooth stop. I assumed we were at the ER entrance. The doors swung open. I was rushed out of the vehicle as I was swiftly pushed through the doors. Justin struggled to stay attached to my hand. I began to loose my consciousness again after we entered, but I refused.
