End of time

Everyone has a dream. Evie's dream is dance. What happens when her dream is on her doorstep? A particular boy called harry captures her heart. "I will love you till the end of time" but Evie's mind isn't always as controlled as her dance choreography...

3. Give it everything

Resistantly, I awoke from yet another nightmare, what's happening to me?! Slowly my eyes began to yet again close when my eyes shot open in disbelief, it was first day I get to live my dream... For real in reality wait... I gave my alarm clock a hopeful look and sighed in relief that it was only 6:30am, I have an hour to be ready.

*an hour later*

After repeating my morning routine I accomplished yesterday I seemed to be just as nervous but I couldn't think too much into it so I rapidly grabbed an apple from my varied fruit bowl and speedily drove to the dance studios demolishing my apple on the way. I was not late, for once, a rather friendly, middle aged looking woman tiptoed up to me and explained "are you Evie sanders?" I nodded and was about to talk when she sneakily interrupted "hello I am your new trainer slash dance teacher you can call me miss Sheridan, I am here to help you achieve what you want through dance, come with me and I will show you what dance and exercise you will be doing every day to get you to the shape we want" she said in her thick posh accent though it was a rather harsh reality that they obviously wanted to mould me , I liked that if that's what I have to become to achieve my dream the right way. After explaining to me I replied with an eager "thank you" before she began to show me the ropes of dance.

*one week later*

"and five six seven eight" miss Sheridan screamed, I could feel the perspiration drip from my temples. It had been a week into my dream and it was harder than I imagined but it was my choice and I took it and honestly, I love it life is less social but when I have spear time I talk with my fellow dancers. Luckily, I was put in girls distinction level which is the hardest because my teacher believes I am going to go far. After finishing our workout miss Sheridan breathily called us over "now girls due to the amazing connection we have with Sony records a successful band will be visiting during our practice performance and workout tomorrow as they will be deciding on which 5 dancers they are going take to go on tour with them, now this is the point of you career that is hard to stay grounded so don't get your hopes up but all I can say is what girls?!" Me and my fellow dancers passionately replied with the motto she tells us to maintain "give it everything!!"

"Wow" was all I could say as I lazily dropped into my car. Just a week ago I was sat in my room with no confidence I was ever going to achieve anything in my life, now look I have an opportunity of a lifetime to go on tour with a band!! Even though I was bursting with enthusiasm I then recalled what miss Sheridan had told us previously in class/rehearsals, not to "get our hopes up" and basically "stay grounded". As I reved the engine I was sure I was going to give it everything I had in me to win a place tomorrow.
