A New Friend

This story is about Max, who have had a bit of a rough past, and ran away from his home. He lives on the street, but then he finds a new friend who takes him in. What happens when he finds out she already have a boyfriend? And that that boyfriend is Harry Styles? Will he still try? Or will he find another?

Good morning. I just woke up. I thought I heard something. Well, it was probably nothing. Maybe I should go and see what Cathryn is doing. Wait, where is she? Is she still sleeping or what? I don’t think so, it’s pretty late. Oh, I know what I heard. It was the door slamming. Crap (Sorry for the language, I am just so scared that Harry is here, I really hope that he left with her. Please, God, I promise to be a better man. Just don’t leave me here him). Oh no, he is. He is sitting in the sofa. God, why are you doing this to me? “Max, come here,” no, I won’t, I won’t go over there. “Max, come here,” this time he sounded like he was about to get upset, I didn’t want him to be upset. I mean, just because I don’t like him, doesn’t mean I want him to be mad. Because I don’t. I really don’t. I’m serious. I don’t. Well, I guess that settled now.

So I walked over to him, and he let me sit in the sofa? Harry is actually very nice. Can I have a biscuit? In the sofa? I love Harry! He is so cool. “Can we go for a walk?” Please Harry. I want to see if Abby is in the. “Shall we go for a walk?” Harry asked getting up. “Yes, yes, yes!” I yelled as an answer to his question. I really like him. I think the reason I didn’t like him before was because I didn’t know him, but he is actually really very cool. I still don’t like his hoarse voice, but I can live it. As long as he doesn’t talk too much.

We’re on our way to the park now, and it’s not raining. Thank you God. I think this is going to be a good day. And it will be a whole lot better if Abby is at the park. I mean, so much better. It is the perfect day. More perfect than the day before yesterday, because I actually like Harry now, and I didn’t before. As you might have noticed. You know what? My day just got a whole lot better now. I see her. I see Abby! “Abby!” I ran over to her. “Well, hello there,” I tried acting cool, but it didn’t work. I was too breathless.

I have a girlfriend now, and her name is Abby. I actually love her. She is so perfect. It should almost be illegal to be so perfect. Well, I guess it’s a good thing it isn’t. I mean, it would be weird otherwise. Really. It would. You’re agreeing with me, right? I know you can’t answer me, but I’m just pretending, that you’re agreeing with me. Good then.

Harry and I are laying in each our end of the sofa, and watching tv. Oh, the door slammed. “Cathryn!” I yelled running out to the door. Wait, that’s not Cathryn. That’s the boys again. Louis, Niall, Liam and Zayn. What are they doing here? They were here yesterday. They don’t have to come again today. Harry and I was just having fun. And why don’t come in? They’re just standing in the doorway. Wait a minute. Harry where are you going now? We were just having fun. Don’t go, don’t leave me alone. “I have to go now, but Cathryn will be home soon.” No, Harry. Don’t go. Please stay. And the door slammed. Again. And I don't want to be alone. “HARRY!” He can’t go, not now. “HARRY! HARRY! HARRY!” He’s coming back now. Yay. “Fine, you can come with me,” he sighed. “Thank you Harry,” I smiled.

We arrived to where ever we were. I really have no idea, where we are. I think it’s a studio. Harry is talking to a man, while I’m standing with the other boys. I think the man is mad that Harry brought me, and I can see how it’s a problem, but I won’t do anything I promise. I’d like to help Harry, but I don’t think I should say anything right now.

“Do you think Adam is mad?”

“Adam is always mad.”

“But I think he is more mad now.”

“It probably wasn’t the best idea to bring Max.”

“I told him.”

“But of course Harry has to defy Adam.”

“Just like he always do.”

“It was the same with Cathryn back then.”

“Yeah, he just went out with her, because Adam told him not to.”

“Yeah, going out with the managers daughter, probably isn’t the best idea.”

“Oh. Hi Harry. What’d he say?”

“He just got a bit upset that I brought Max here. That’s it. Everything is fine.”

I don’t think everything is fine. Harry looked a bit sad, and depressed. I have these really great ears, so I could hear almost everything they said, but because of the boys here, were talking so much. I couldn’t hear everything. Harry and, apparently Adam, were talking about me at first, but then they were talking about the band, and that if Harry keeps defying Adam, he won’t manage them anymore. I don’t know exactly what it means, but I don’t think it’s good, since Harry looked so depressed. I could see that the other boys saw Harry’s expression too, and they all looked so concerned, but neither of them said anything.

We’re home again now, and Harry have already told Cathryn. They were both a bit sad, and I think he was feeling guilty, but still Cathryn got a little upset with Harry. I mean, I get her, but I get him too. Sometimes when I’m told, what to do or what not to do, I don’t listen to them, just to defy them on purpose. Just like Harry apparently does. Can’t you relate? You do that sometimes too, right? Like, ‘They can’t tell me what to do’ and you just do the opposite of what they tell you, right? I think you do. I mean, just sometimes at least. “Max?” Oh excuse me, I have to go now, Cathryn is calling.
