Yet Another Runaway's Tale

(EDIT 2/12/16: Yes, I know this story is terrible and while I'd delete it out of shame I'm kind of keeping it so I can laugh about it with friends.)

In a little village in the south of England, Carmen Stacey and her best friend Travis are living in a world of sweet nothing. But when things become sour, Carmen abandons her modern fairy tale life.

Just half an hour away is a different society, run by the corrupt LittleVilla family, with the eldest daughter, Kimmy allready on the run. When a series of events becomes illegal, Grace LittleVilla flees with local troublemaker Henry Sapphire.

3. Chapter Three~Grace

It's been a while since Henry took off. I'm thinking about looking for him. Everyone has arrived now, and father said the "Big announcement" will be announced in ten minuets.

I go and look for someone to talk to. I think it's ironic how father invited everyone and yet none of my friends are here. I see Michella or Charlotte or Trucy or Claire. I'm alone-great. Alice has just come back in, dragging Henry by the ear. Ha, he's been caught, well I think. mother comes up to me looking a little upset.

"Your presence is needed at your father's table Grace"

"Okay"

Mother rakes my hand and guides me to father;s table.Henry looks like he's been shook up. Father taps his wine flute with a spoon and stands up.

"Okay everyone" he says "settle down. We have gathered here today to announce my plan to save The Sapphire Lodge." Father stops talking and looks down at Alice. Alice stands up and carries on father's speech "In exchange for the money to aid the rescue of the lodge. We have allowed Grace and Henry to be wed by the end of the week."

WHAT!?

No seriously, WHAT?!

I see my mother has started crying and Henry has dropped his drink and is staring at father and Alice in horror."You've got to be kidding me! You could have put me with anyone! Anyone! But yet you're crippling me with a plain, boring and unattractive brat! Mother, father how could you?!"

Alice sighs quietly. "Henry would you prefer us to be homeless?"

"Yes!"

Alice turns to face me.

"How do you feel about this Grace?"

Now everyone turns to face me , I'm in tears.

"I...I...I...Don't.....know" I then turn to mface the stairs and run, as my tears fall from my eyes.
