Soccer Styles (Not famous,14+) ~finished~

The name is Spencer. Spencer Moore. I'm 17 and soccer is my life. Our coach says we all need to work our hardest. We all need some motivation. I got an injury and found my motivation. This friend will help me through my career with some benefits along the way.

Spencer's POV

I stared at my coach  in disbelief. Did he really expect us to know how to do a rainbow kick into the goal, with a goalie blocking?

"Carter, you first." Of course, Carter Dilon, my best friend, and the best player on the team gets picked first. She looked terrified but followed instruction anyway.

"Good, now shoot!" She kicked it and made it in. She ran to me at the back of the line and performed our secret handshake.

"Of course, you made it." She rolled her eyes and slapped my arm. I laughed and waited for him to call the next person.

"Spencer, you next." I shivered in fear and cowered to the front. "Do what Carter just did." I nodded my head and placed the ball between my two feet. "Ok, go ahead." I performed the kick perfectly as it soared into the net. I jumped up and down and ran to Carter who had a smirk plastered on her face.

"Now was that so hard?" I giggled and high fived her. "Top shelf" She said with a smile and I pounded her fist.

The practice went by pretty slow as we were winding down to or last skill after three hours. "Ok, so you're going to be doing head balls back and forth so get a partner." I looked at Carter giving her no choice. She nodded and brought the ball over to me. We started the exercise doing pretty well, only missing a few shots. The ball soared to me and I went for it but everything instantly turned black.

I woke up on the bed in the nurse's office. Wow, this camp has a really nice nurse's office. I sat up and the brown haired lady smiled at me. "You took quite a beating back there, Spencer. How are you feeling?" I rubbed my head and felt a cool ice pack.

"I'm fine, just a headache." She smiled and nodded. She turned back to her desk and wrote something down on a slip quickly.

"That might last an hour or so." I smiled and felt a pounding. Then, my coach, Lou, walked in.

"Hey Spence. You feeling alright." I nodded and rubbed my forehead. He smiled.

"We have got you a trainer to help you today to help you get back on track. You won't be at the next two practices today, but you'll be back in three days." I groaned and tried to argue but he won in the end. "Spencer, you have to get some training in but you can't do it with us; they're the rules here at this camp." I nodded in defeat and got off the chair.

"Well, can I get started my training now? I'd like to get this over with." He chuckled and nodded.

"He's right outside." I smiled and walked into the hallway. There stood a tall, lean, brown curly haired boy. He looked over at me and smiled. He walked over to me.

"I'm Harry, and you are Spencer, right?" I laughed and nodded my head. I outstretched my hand to have him shake it. "Would you like to get started?" I nodded. His green eyes made me melt and I couldn't speak when they were focused on me.

I think I'm going to like training with someone like Harry.
