9. Try to Work Things Out

Christa's POV

I went to my room and unpacked everything. I can't believe Louis kicked me out. I loved him. And for god's sake I was pregnant with his child! I wanted to work things out terribly, but I don't think he would take me back. I sat on my bed and rubbed my belly. I really want my baby to grow up with a father. I sighed and picked up my phone and called Louis. "Hello?" His voice sounded through the phone. "Louis, please can we talk about this?" I asked. "I don't know. I mean, I really want things to work out, but I don't think I'm just ready to be a parent." He said. "I'm not either Louis, but I'm growing up and facing the fact that this is our mistake. You know, it takes two to make a baby." I said. "I know, I just don't think I can do this." He said and sighed. "Well, can we at least try?" I asked. He was quiet for a moment. "Yeah." He said. I smiled. "So do you think I can come back over?" I asked. "Yeah." He said. "Okay. I'll be back tomorrow. I'll stay here for tonight." "Okay love, I have to go. Bye." He said. "Bye." I said and hung the phone up. I went to my closet and found a baggy t shirt and some sweat pants and put them on. I walked downstairs and found Harry and Peyton sitting on the couch watching the telly. "I'm going to bed." I told them and walked back upstairs. I climbed and my bed and drifted off to sleep.

I woke up the next morning and felt like throwing up. I ran to the bathroom and threw up. I washed my face and took a nice warm shower. I found some loose pants and a tee shirt. I put them on and slipped on my shoes. I grabbed my bag that I had packed the night before and got in my car and drove to Louis' flat.

I got there and knocked on the door. "Christa!" He yelled and hugged me. I smiled and he put me down. "I need to talk to you." I said and walked in. His smile faded. I sat on the couch and he did the same. "I can't keep the baby." I said and looked at my hands. "Why not?" Louis asked. "Because. I'm only eighteen and I can't do this. I'm not ready to be a parent. Hell I'm not even an adult!" I said. He looked at me. "So what do you want to do?" He asked. I took a deep breath. "I want to have an abortion." I said. "An abortion? Are you sure?" He asked. I nodded. He sighed. "If you want to." he said and picked up his phone. "Um yes, can we make an appointment for my girlfriend to have an abortion. Yes. Okay. Thank you. Bye." He said and hung up. "Well, we're going in for a check up tomorrow at noon and he will scedule an appointment there." Louis said. "Are you sure you want to do this?" He said and grabbed my hand. "Yes. And I mean if I don't want to this, adoption is always another option. But I'm pretty sure I want to do this." I said and sighed. Louis cupped my face in his hands, where I was forced to look at him. "Listen, whatever you do, I'll be right by your side all the way. Okay?" I nodded. He leaned in and kissed me. I smiled and pulled apart. "I love you." He said. "I love you too." I said

Peyton's POV

I woke up next to Harry in my bed. I heard a door shut and wnet downstairs. I saw Christa get in her car and left. I picked up my phone and called her. "Hello?" She said. "Hey Christa. It's me. Umm, where were you going?" i asked. "Oh, I'm going back to Louis. We made up. And I talked to him and I'm having an abortion." She said. "What!" I almost yelled. "Listen, we're both too young to be raising a baby. I just can't handle it all." She said. "But that doesn't mean you should rip it out and throw it away like it's a piece of trash!" I yelled. "Listen, there's nothing we can do about it. It's our decision." She said. "Whatever." i said and hung up. I sat on the couch and sighed. Harry came walking down in his boxers. "What's wrong?" He asked and sat next to me. "Just Christa and Louis. She's having an abortion." i said. "Why?" He asked. "Because, she says ahe's not ready to be a parent." I said. Harry laughed. I smiled. "They should've used protection." Harry said. "But we don't." I said. "But you're on birth control. Right?" Harry asked. "Yeah, but that's not the point." I said. "I mean, what if it was me that was pregnant. I wouldn't have an abortion. If I didn't want the baby then I would've gave it up for adoption. It deserves to live." I said.
