Finding the City

Lucy is just a regular girl that lives in New York City. One day, she finds herself running away on a train. While she was waiting for the train, she meets Liam (in this story, he isn't famous). When they were on a bridge over a huge river in the middle of a forest, the train suddenly stops. The lights go off and they're stuck there. Everyone stops and thinks that it's just temporary. Before they can get to know eachother, the bridge gives out.

3. Goodnight

        Liam's P.O.V.:

We watched the bridge and the train fall into the huge river. "Oh my god!!" said Lucy after the train fell. "What are we gonna do? We don't have anywhere to sleep and we don't have food! AND the nearest town is over ten miles away!" I said. "Wait, I think I packed a couple bags of chips for a snack! Let me check!" said Lucy. She opened the bag she took with her and pulled out a bag of Cheetos, a bag of Lays potato chips, and a bag of Doritos. "We'll have to make these last." she said. "Yeah." I replied. "But what about shelter?" "Well, when I was little, my cousins and I would camp out at night in a forest. We would make little huts and stuff. One time we slept up in a tree." she said. "How did you not fall out of  the tree?" I asked. "We used vines or some other natural rope-like object." "That makes sense."

After a while of walking, we found a good place to build a little hut. "Wait, we both have phones. Maybe we can-" "We wouldn't get a signal, though." Lucy interuppted. "Oh, yeah. Well we can play games on them to pass time." I said. "Yeah, but right now, we gotta build a shelter."

*about an hour later*

We finally finished building a little hut that could fit both of us. It was made mostly of leaves and wood. The sun was starting to set. We ate some chips and got ready to sleep. "Goodnight, Liam." "Goodnight, Lucy." I closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep.
