Just Hold Me (Niall Horan FanFic) [NOT COMPLETED]

It’s been a year since my best friend committed suicide and I found it difficult to make friends or step outside and think about life without her. We had great memories in the rain. We would dance about and splash each other till out hearts content. We would go to concerts like One Direction or Ed Sheeran and dance about like idiots. When she died, those memories started to slip away from my mind. I don’t go a day without her and I never forget how we called each other wives. I really miss her and it’s like my life was torn apart. I never had a boyfriend so I couldn’t tell anyone about how I feel and my mum is always drunk so she only cares about money and wasting it on drink. My dad died when I was 6 so it’s been a while since I last felt love.

Anyway, I’m Taylor and 16 years old. I live in London with my mum in a flat. This is how my life completely changed when I met Niall Horan from One Direction.

3. They Notice Me

I woke up to my alarm and stumbled out my bed. I stretched and got changed for school then ran downstairs. Once again my mum was drinking and reading the paper. I shrugged my shoulders and went to my phone and saw one missed call and one text message.

 From Unknown Number:

Hey, it’s Niall Horan here! Sorry about the missed call, it was to make sure this was your number and not some crazy fan you decided to give me ;) x

My heart skipped a beat and grinned widely at my phone. I texted back saying it’s me and how I’m ok with the trends and stuff. I grabbed my bag and walked out the house to go to school. As I entered the gates, girls and boys looked at me and smiled. I felt special and important but I knew this was only because I was asked out on a date by Niall Horan from One Direction. “Hey, it’s me Natalie from last week!” That girl I told you about came up to me, grinning. “Yeah, how’re you doing?” I smiled, looking at her. “I’m great but you, the new girl, got asked out on a date by Niall Horan!” She grinned, almost jumping up and down. I nodded like it was something casual. “He’s just like any other guy at this school, no biggie.” I giggled, approaching the front doors of the school. “Are you kidding me? You must be!” She looked confused then walked back to her friends. I shrugged and carried on with my day. I got invited to all the cliques at lunch, even the popular people! They notice me now and I felt more than important! I felt famous for being asked out by a celebrity when he only meant a normal guy to me.

Time passed and it was eventually home time. I got home and saw my mum passed out on the sofa again which isn’t odd I guess. I ran to my room and sat on my bed, throwing my bag to the floor. I got a text message and it was Niall basically asking me to meet him at Starbucks in the town centre. I replied ‘OK’ and rushed to my wardrobe to get ready. I was panicking because I wasn’t sure what to wear with someone with high class. I wore skinnies, a vest top and my leather jacket because I love this style. I put on my black Dc Martins and walked downstairs to write a note to my mum as she was still asleep. I walked out the house and saw Sara outside. “Going somewhere, Mrs Horan?” She winked, getting off her moped. I rolled my eyes and walked down to the bus stop. I got on and went to the town centre. As I got off the bus, already people were looking at me like I was famous. People mentioned Naylor and how I was ‘the girl who’s dating Niall’. It kind of annoyed me and I enjoyed it in a way as I never felt this good about going round town. I just flashed a smile and got to Starbucks. I walked in and saw Niall in a booth with his bodyguard, Paul. I smiled at Paul and sat down opposite Niall. “Hey, how are you?” I giggled, feeling over the moon. “I’m great, what do you want to drink?” He smirked. “I like anything here!” I smiled, watching him. He nodded and went to get two coffees. He came back and sat down opposite me again. For the rest of the evening we talked about ourselves when I did know quite a bit but he seems shyer than he seems because the media says he’s cocky and opinionated. After the coffee, he drove me back home and walked me back to my door. “Thanks for a great night, Niall!” I grinned. “It was lovely, maybe again sometime?” He smiled, leaning in a bit then he lightly kissed my lips. I stood still and stunned. I nodded and kissed him back. “Love to!” I grinned, walking back in my house and he went to his car and drove off. I went to my room, ignoring my passed out mum then passed out on my bed.
