The Writer Girl

Do I have some gossip for you!
I guess you could call me an English Gossip Girl, with a taste for something much more delightful.
One Direction, and maybe a few Populastics at one certain Girl Boarding School.
Maybe you don't give a hoot at what I'm going on about, but when you meet five fabulous boys, and 5 Gossip-full girls, you REALLY wanna see the fireworks explode...

4. A Call In One Direction.

Jude felt her heart smash as every phone bleeped down every corridor of Archer-Abdella. Even her own phone went off, so with a quick feeling of regret, she rushed into the toilets, and opened up her phone. Her knees buckled as she read on, and her eyes stung with tears.

How could one girl do this to another? How could she ruin the best boy band in the world's career? And finally, where did she get all of her information? Was it like Gossip Girl? Was it all sent by text with photos for proof? Why didn't WriterGirl just send the proof, instead of holding onto it for another day?

By then, Jude began to sob, tears falling faster down her cheeks, burning her cool skin. She knew that when she looked in the mirror her make-up would have run, and her eyes would be red-rimmed. She shoved her phone into her blazer pocket, only to turn and face a girl, holding her phone up in Jude's face.

It only took a few seconds for Jude to realise that the photo that bitch had just taken would be all over WriterGirl's blog, if she decided to send it out.

"You bitch!" Jude called after the girl, and the thought of her ugly, screwed up face being sent all over the world made her cry harder. The door hadn't fully shut, when Missy shoved a foot to stop it from closing.

"Jude, babe, are you okay?"

Missy moved inside of the toilets, and wrapped an arm round Jude. She couldn't believe Missy had arrived at perfect timing!

"Yes, I'm fine. Have you got a tissue? I think I'm going to need to re-apply my make-up."

Missy laughed and Jude snorted, and they both fell into a girly hug. Missy's phone bleeped that horrid tune, but she switched her phone off, and dropped it into her PB bag.

"I think we've had enough Gossip for today"

"Tell me about it. I found out how she gets the Gossip, though. They send it by text and all."

Later that day, Jude plucked up the courage to call Liam, and apologise for everything that had happened. She hid in her dorm room bathroom, and dialled.

When he didn't pick up, Jude left a message for him, explaining everything that had gone on, and she hoped that he could forgive her, and that maybe it'd be better if they didn't speak again. When she slid her phone in her drawer, the dorm door opened, and Lydia Small stood there, one hand on her hip.

"I didn't think we were allowed back up here during break and lunch?"

"Then why are you here, Lydia?"

Lydia smirked, and nodded towards her bed.

"I left my homework folder up here, and Miss Malone told me to grab it quickly. I think you better come back downstairs, Jude. More whispers, more...WriterGirl gossip."

The mention of WriterGirl's name made Jude shake with anger. Why couldn't she leave everybody's lives alone? What was her problem?

"What's she said this time, Lydia?"

"That your pregnant. I over-heard Missy talking to Maria about how somebody informed WriterGirl that your skipping lessons because of 'morning sickness'? Anyway, she's decided to post that about you. I'm sorry, Jude. But you might want to come down before you get told off, or more rumours are spread."
