(Niall and Zayn)
When bestfriends Simran & Mollie meet two boys on the tube, will something more become of it? Or will heartbreak be the only thing left?

Will their past change the future? Will their future affect the present?

37. Can I have your autograph?

***Simmie's POV***

The earliest train to Rainham from London Victoria they had was at quarter last nine. Paying for my ticket, not buying a return because I wasn't sure when I was coming back or even if I wanted to come back. Sitting down and waiting for my train in the empty station, I buy a copy of he daily newspaper.

Sitting on the train home, I snag a table seat. Resting my bag on the seat next to me, I pull my phone out and start checking my emails. I had a few from Mollie hoping I'm okay. I make a mental note to reply later to her, it's too early to reply.

At about half-past nine,I  begin doing some prep for my presentation at work, the lady at the trolley asks if I want a coffee. Paying for a mocha, I sip it slightly. I feel my phone vibrate in my pocket so I pull it out, making sure I check the caller ID before answering it.

Seeing 'Biscuit' flash across my screen, I smile as I answer it.
"Good morning Biscuit." I charmingly answer.
"Where are you?" She says briskly, brushing off my greeting.
"On a train home. I have a wedding to go to. You remember Nick? He's getting married so I'm going back. I only found out last night. Is everything okay?"
"Yeah I'm fine. I just think it's a little convenient after what I saw on the cover of the magazine on the coffee table. Why did you cancel on Zayn? Was it because of that?"
I can almost imagine her pacing up and down the living room, one arm crossed over her waist.
"Well, I brought it for you on the way home from work. I had to work late so I cancelled on Zayn." I sigh. I can hear her flicking through something.
"So why are the pages of Zayn and Perrie ripped out hm?" She asks me accusingly. I thought of lying, but why should I lie when she'll find out the truth anyway?
"I wanted to hide it." I sigh down the phone to her, my free hand picking the label off my now-empty coffee cup. "I didn't want you to see it. You're right, it is convenient but I had to go either way."
She sighs audibly down the phone, realising she's not going to get anywhere over the phone.
"Have fun Simmie, I love you. Give my regards to your family and congrats with Nicks and Rani."
I smile and reply,"Bye biscuit. Love you too. Send my regards to Niall and have fun, paint the town red for me, yeah? If you need anything, just take it from my room and return it when your done please."
"Okay Sim. Bye."
"Bye." My phone beeps twice at me, signalling she hung up on me. Sighing, I look at the window. Noticing my newspaper on the table, I put it back in my bag with my phone.

I think about Zayn and Perrie. They do look good together, they're perfect for each other. Giving myself a mental shake, I look out the window at the passing countryside, wondering how Mollie and Niall or even Zayn and I haven't ended up in a glossy overpriced tabloid.  Maybe I'm oblivious to it. Or just naive.

A few minutes later, a little girl taps me on the shoulder. She couldn't have been more than about seven. She has a magazine clutched in one hand, a pad and pen in the other. Smiling down at her, she asks me the strangest question.
"Can I have your autograph?"
