1. Day 1

I finished packing my things and wrote a quick note, letting the Titans know where I was going. I grabbed my stuff and put the communicator on my bed. I absorbed some electricity and bolted. I went into an underground tunnel nearby to see the statue of my sister. I took my last look at it and went into the city to get something quick to eat.

My name is Enda and I use to be a Teen Titan. Now I'm just a normal girl, well sort of. I have a special power allowing me to absorb and produce electricity. When I absorb enough I can bolt ----- which is just like saying turning into electricity and moving really fast.

I lost my parents in a fire when I was five. After that I developed a pathological fear of large fires. I could handle a small one like in a fire place, a camp fire, or a torch, but big fires freaked me out.

Anyway, I left the Teen Titans because of my powers. I've had a harder time controlling them lately and have decided to be on my own. I had to sneak out because if I told them in person then they would convince me to stay.

After I had a quick meal I left the city. I wasn't sure where to go, but at the same time I seemed to know what path to take. It was weird. I knew I had to stop sometimes to absorb more electricity or eat. I wasn’t going to travel at night either. It was going to be a long trip.

One the first night I stopped outside of Sacramento, CA. I set up my tent and started a small campfire to keep warm. I warmed up a few minutes and then bolted into town. I got something to eat and bolted back to my tent.

I lay down in my sleeping bag and closed my eyes. I was use to sleeping outside. My sister and I use to travel around a lot and we mainly slept outside. It took me a minute to readjust to the hard ground.

Suddenly, I heard a stick brake. I figured it was a deer and ignored it. Then I saw a shadow over my tent. I slowly moved to the tent flap. I jumped out and got ready to attack, but no one was there. I looked around the small opening. I felt like I was seeing things.

I settled back into my tent and lay awake for a minute. I wanted to make sure no one was there. After a while I fell asleep.
