Broken Crystals

When Crystal collapses in the middle of the road after another beating, headlights are the last thing she sees. She wakes up in a strange house, surrounded by five strange boys. She refuses to relax around them or be herself. But can the one Irish boy with the beautiful blue eyes show her what it means to be loved and fix her cracks?

Crystals POV

After lunch, Perrie took me into a salon that she said was 'simply amazing'. I was extremely nervous as she lead me in.  "Hey, Perrie, darling! How are you?" A man rushes over to us as we enter the shop and plants two kisses on Perrie's cheeks. "I'm good thank you," she smiles sweetly at him. He was a tall man with a high black quiff, a tangle of red and blue streaks running through it. He had an accent from somewhere up north; Liverpool maybe.  "What can I do for you today, hunny?" He asks her, walking over to one of the empty chairs infront of the many mirrors. He spins it round to face her but Perrie shakes her head. "Oh no, not for me, Lee. For my friend," she nudges me into the chair. "This is Crystal," she grins at Lee and puts her shopping bags down. All of the other girls had gone back to shopping but they were coming back in an hour to see my hair. "Afternoon, hunny." Lee smiles at me in the mirror, leaning on the back of my chair. "What can I do for you then?" He asks and I shrug.  "I wanted a change in colour but I have no idea. I've never had a proper hair cut or my hair dyed before," I admit with a shy smile as he places a black cloak around my neck. "Hmm," he nods and then grabs a comb. He begins to inspect my hair and after a while he meets my eyes in the mirror. "Well, you have lovely hair hunny. But it's just so..." He ponders for words. "Brittle." Lee decides and I bite my lip. "Anorexia," Perrie tells him with a soft look in my direction. I wince at the word. I wasn't anorexic. People with anorexia were thin. "Hmm, well. I have just the thing to sort that out." He takes my hand and lifts me from the chair, leading me into a back room where chairs were laid out with sinks behind them. He tells me to sit down and asks me about myself as he begins to wash my hair. I relax and begin to enjoy it when he pushes the chair up and wraps a towel around my head. I stand from the comfy leather chair and follow him back into the main salon. Perrie was sitting on one of the sofas set out, her head buried in a magazine. She looks up when she hears Lee's voice and smiles at me. "Right, so." Lee chimes, clapping his hands together as I take a seat back infront of the mirror. "What are you doing with it?" I ask nervously as he rummages around in A box full of strange bottles. "Just trust me, honey." He stands up with a bottle in his hands and shoots me a grin.    An hour and a half later, he was drying and trimming my newly coloured hair. I wasn't aloud to see it so I had a blindfold secured tightly around my eyes. "Ready?" Lee asks finally and I chew on my lower lip.  "It looks amazing," Perrie assures me as she takes down my blindfold. Oh my god.
