One Way or Another

Jenkins Ocean is nothing but a trouble maker after her parent's death. She's at an orphanage since she's not 18 yet. Her dad's all-time best friend since high school -Simon- decides that he's interfering.

Taken in by Simon Cowell, she meets what seemed at first the pain in the ass called One Direction. They all seemed nice to her, everyone but bad boy Zayn, though Zayn's not really fond of her either.

2. Flight and the boys

Uncle Simon and I were on a cab on our way to the airport. I knew he lived in the UK, but I never knew exactly where. He had told me I was going to love the place I was going to be staying.

So, the driver pulled over on the entrance if the A4 gate of the Airport. We took our bags and began walking through the airport, but instead of going to a normal gate, we went through different hallways and deserted places. Suddenly, a man approached us with a cart, placing our bags there. "Good morning, Mr. Cowell. Everything is ready for your flight straight to Heathrow Airport in London. Marcus will be there waiting for you."

"Perfect, thank you." Uncle Simon said as we took an elevator one floor down. We went out and began walking towards a private jet. Uncle Simon turned to me. "Ever been into a private jet?" He asked.

"Nope," I answer, hypnotized by the size of Simon's plane. "Never."

He laughs and we get in. We sat on the sofas that were there and started talking about everything. He asked me about my parents, my school, my friends, my house, my life, everything. I asked him about his job, the UK, the music, X Factor, everything. He told me he was going to be on X Factor USA for some seasons.

After about eight hours, the plane comes into full stop and we get out of the plane. We walk towards a mini van, where there's a man throwing our bags into it. We hopped inside it and so did the driver. "Hello, Mr. Cowell. How was your flight? Where are we heading?"

"Good, Marcus. To the boys' house please."

"Aye, sir, right away."

The ride by car was quick, and the car pulled over next to a beautiful mansion. We hopped of and walked towards the door, while Marcus carried my trunk. Uncle Simon rang the doorbell and a brunette boy with amazingly blue eyes opened the door. When e saw uncle Simon, he started jumping and bear-hugged him, still jumping. "Oh, Uncle Si! I missed you so very much! Good to have you here! These three days were a nightmare without you! Don't leave me again!" He started when uncle Simon was groaning.

Trying to get the boy off him, he struggled to breathe. "Lo-Loui-Lou-L-Louis! Stop! Louis William Tomlinson! Get off me!! He stuttered.

Marcus and I couldn't stop laughing and neither did uncle Simon's hugger. Uncle Simon finally had him let go and sighed. "And I only left for three days. Three days!" He turned to me. "Just imagine when I leave for a complete week." He said and we all laughed. "Are we staying outside or may we come in?" Uncle Simon asked.

The hugger moved from the door and we came in. The interior of the house was enormous, so I guesses it was the size for the house, since it was twice the size from the orphanage I was staying, though everything was messy. "Do you ever clean up?" Uncle Simon asked and the boy just laughed.

"Just when Liam gets mad." Another guy said, coming towards us. He had blonde hair and also blue eyes.

"How can you guys survive like this?" Uncle Simon asked. "Anyway, get the others." They both nodded and ran away from our views. "Boys." Uncle Simon mumbled. I followed him into what seemed like a living room and we sat down.

Two boys came downstairs along with the two blue-eyed ones. They all sat on the sofa in front of the one we were sitting on. "Boys, this is Jen. She's going to stay with you while I'm in America."

"Hello." They all said, making Simon sigh.

"Are you introducing yourselves?" He asked.

The blonde one with blue eyes waved. "I'm Niall." Then, the curly haired one winked. "I'm Harry." The one with short hair smiled. "I'm Liam, nice to meet you." Then, the hugger stood up. "I'm Jennifer." He said and they all laughed as uncle Simon just shook his head.

"Well, I have to go. Take care of her, boys. She's the closest thing I have to a niece." He stood up and left.

"So, Jen," Harry said. "You’re uncle Si's niece?"

"Um, not really. He was my dad's best friend." I answered trying to be tough and not cry my heart out.
