The One That Got Away

    Jade's POV

Hi my name is jade hazelden,my life isnt as perfect as everyone elses. I live in fear of my parents since i was 5 when my brother passed away. Im now 17 and they still abuse me. Nothing good happens in my life."you don't deserve to be here jade!" my father shouted at me."I'm suprised your still alive" my mum bickered at me. As you can see i have to put up with this everyday,my life just gets worse and worse. I asked my mum "what did I do wrong?" she shouted "EVERYTHING!!!!" and threw a beer bottle at my leg as i yelped i pain. I tried as hard as i could to get up the stairs into my bedroom as quickly as possible to get away from these monsters. I had planned ages to leave this house but i was such a coward and could never do it, but this is my chance so i grabbed the suitcase i had packed ages ago with the money i had saved up from my work . I then climbed out my window as best as i could because i had splinters of glass in my skin, and ran as fast as i could a direction from my parents!
