One Chance

Bre is incredibly excited about starting her Freshman year in High school. I mean with her dating the freshman quarter back and her 3 best friends by her side what could possibly go wrong? Bre's life has its normal ups and downs like any other teenagers but, when she has a strange encounter with one of the totally hot juniors her life spins around. She is introduced to super hottie Liam Payne who saves her in more ways then one could imagine, all she has to do is give him the chance.

14. what is that?

Me and Priscilla bolted upstairs to her bedroom.

"Where are your parents I asked as Priscilla threw me a pair of pajamas.

"Uhm," she started, "I think they went to my aunt's house down the shore so it has just been me and Olivia the past few days," Priscilla said as I hastily put on the clothes. Olivia was Priscilla's older sister who was also in college but lived at home. I threw my hair into a messy bun and wiped my smudged make up off my face. I  hurled myself onto Prisiclla's bed while she said "Okay tell me everything." And so I told her everything. I told her how I had walked up to the group of football players and how I had saw Tyler with Catherine.  I then proceeded to tell her how I could have gotten really hurt. Priscilla's face went from normal to  angry to serious to concerned all in a matter of seconds. I finally told her how Liam had saved me and brought me back to his place where I crashed and fell asleep. Priscilla is one of my best friends she is a really good listener but this was the only time she interrupted.

"Woah woah woah!" "Hold up!" Priscilla said jumping up and down on the bed. "You mean to tell me you slept over Liam Payne's A.K.A one of the hottest guys in the school, besides Zayn house!? Priscilla said full of excitement.

I laughed. "Yeah, I guess I did," I said still giggling. "Did I mention he just asked me out on a date," I told Priscilla smirking at her.

"Well duh!" she screamed.

"What do you mean "Duh,"" I asked confused. "Did you know he liked me?"

"Obviously," she laughed.

"How," I laughed. "I didn't and still don't believe he likes me."

"I know by the way he looks at you," she said smiling.

"How does he look at me?" I blushed.

"He looks at you like your the world," she paused. "I mean sure he sees all the other girls that are after him but he doesn't care about all the other girls because he already has found the best he could get."In his eyes, your perfect to him," she finished.

I giggled," How about you and Zayn?"

"Well," she started really excited. "After you left us we went and sat down on the bleachers by the football field," Priscilla continued on. "So we talked for a while and he asked me for my number and it turns out we have a lot in common!" "We both are edgy and artistic!"

"Thats great Babe I'm so happy for you," I said hugging her.

"I'm happy for you too," she said hugging me back.

"But just wait till I get my hand son Tyler and that Bitch!" "I'll shove my baseball bat so far up his---"

"Okay Priscilla," I laughed cutting her off. Just then my Dad pulled into the driveway to pick me up.

"Bre," Priscilla said looking at me weirdly.

"What?" I asked confused.

"Whats wrong with your face," she said coming closer to me.

"What do you mean," I asked moving closer to the mirror. There on my cheek was a horrible purpley/red bruise that was the perfect outline of a hand. I took my hand and placed it on the bruise causing me to flinch because of the fiery pain.

"How did that happen," Priscilla asked concerned.

"When I had tried to run away from the football players the captain slapped me across the face," I whispered remembering the pain that I had endured that night, both physically and emotionally. "I must not have noticed it because my make up was covering it!" "Priscilla I can't go home with this bruise on my cheek!" I yelled freaking out. Priscilla quickly pulled out her concelear make up just as my Dad rang the doorbell.

"Put that on," she yelled as she ran downstairs to answer the door. I quickly did what she said and applied a thick layer of make up to the bruise.

"Ah," I sighed with relief. The cold make up felt great on the hot bruise. It was like dumping ice cold water on a fire. I collected my things from Prisiclla's room and quickly evened out the make up on my face. I scurried down the stairs and hugged my father hello. I quickly gave Priscilla a hug goodbye and my Dad and i abruptly drove home, everything like normal.
