In the distance Sue could see the chocolate bridge of sorrow.  Sue still didn’t understand why it was called the bridge of sorrow but as she approached the bridge she knew why they called it that.  The caramel lake underneath it was boiling hot, sure to kill someone if you set a foot in it.  The steam that the caramel lake made was starting to melt the bridge causing it to drip.

Sue noticed the bridge had some holes like people had tried to get across but failed.  One half of the bridge was made of dark chocolate that looked like it wasn’t dripping much and the other half was made of milk chocolate that was dripping continuously.  Sue decided to go on the dark chocolate side because the milk chocolate would make her fall through the bridge.  Sue carefully stepped on each tile of chocolate testing each one to make sure she wouldn’t go through.

After a couple of dreaded minutes Sue finally got to end of the bridge.  In relief Sue hurried of down the path hoping she would get home soon but came across three paths one red and green that lead through a fairy garden, one red and blue that lead through a gingerbread town and the last one a black and green path that lead through a dark gloomy forest.  Sue didn’t like the look of the forest but knew the gingerbread man said to go that way anyway on the bright side Sue could see the castle from where she was standing.
