One Month

Liam and Danielle broke up -- Again. Management doesn't want the media to give Liam a bad image, so they set him up with an actress. They have no idea what they both signed up for. Once they meet face to face, they realized that they already dated. They both want out, but management has them stay together for at least a month; then, if they don't like it, they can split. But a split for another couple might come early.

~Jennifer's POV~

"What the fuck was that?" I half yelled at Louis for being a child during the announcement.

He put on an innocent pout face, "What was what?"

"Look, Tomlinson, jealousy is not a good look for you and you were the one that didn't want me." I nudged a finger into his chest.

"I hate to interrupt your fighting," the driver spoke, annoyed, "but where did you want to go?"

"Some fancy place downtown. Just drop us off by the mall entrance." Lou retorted to the man, "And what jealousy?"

"Don't play stupid Lou, I saw it in your eyes after I kissed him." I glared at him.

He didn't say anything back and we rode silently the rest of the way. It was an eerie silence, the one you would expect out of a horror movie; something shocking just waiting to happen. That shocking something was a nightmare soon to be exposed.

I took out my phone when I realized that Louis just chose a random location. I text Liam to let him know where to meet us at, so he doesn't get lost, confused, worried, or think I cheated.

Jennifer: Hey LiLi. Meet us at the downtown mall. Love you!

Liam: Okay. We'll be a little late; picking up Perrie. Love you too!

"The rest of the boys are going to meet us there late because they need to pick up Perrie." I said, we would've picked up Eleanor but she had classes to go to today. Again, Louis didn't respond and the cab was silent once more, almost like I never opened my mouth.

When we got to the mall, Lou and I split the cab payment and got out. Louis started to walk away from the cab as I stepped out and I stopped him, "Where do you think you're going?" I set my hands on my hips.

"Can't a man use the restroom?" Louis scoffed and kept walking towards the entrance. I didn't reply, I stood in my place and waited for Niall to pull up with Liam and the others.

They arrived ten minutes after Lou returned from the washroom. Liam jumped out first and gave my a big, lingering kiss. We didn't pull away until Harry came behind me and said, "Does someone wanna go back home?" I knew what he meant, so I hit his arm.

"No. We'll do that later." I winked and locked arms with Perrie, "You guys can go eat. Perrie and I are going to go shop. I love you Liam."

"I love you too, Jennifer." Liam blew me a kiss and I caught it before Perrie lead me into the mall.

"You guys are really good at faking. I thought Liam was a horrible actor." Perrie stated.

"Oh, it's not fake." I turned red and looked away, "He asked me out for real this morning."

Perrie gasped, "Oh, my gosh! That's wonderful!" She hugged me really tight and let go when I received a text.

Liam: I miss you already. :(

Jennifer: I miss you too :(

"Is that Leeeyummm!" Perrie teased.

I smiled, "Who else?" She pulled me into what she called her 'favorite' store.

Liam: Where are you and Perrie right now?

Jennifer: Just entering a shop, you?

Liam: Nearing the food court. Gotta gooo! Love you :)

Jennifer: Love you too :)

"You like this one?" Perrie pulled out a purple, ruffled and sequenced tank top, "Or this one?" she showed a purple crop top.

"What's up with the purple?" I laughed and she made a face.

"It's Liam's favorite color. I thought you knew."

"Really?" I asked, my eyes softening, and she nodded her head. That's when I realized I knew nothing about Liam and I've known him my whole life. I guess he had changed more than his appearance over the course of three years.

"We'll get you the ruffled tank top and I'll get it in blue. Oh! We should get El one in red!" Perrie picked up a third shirt.

"Are we getting shirts in our boys' colors? What a-" I stopped in front of a shoe rack, "Are we gonna get matching high heels, too?" My eyes grew wide in excitement and looked towards Perrie, who was trying to pick up three pairs of white skinny jeans, "Need help, hun?" I took the jeans from her hands and walked back to the shoes.

"Matching high heels? Uh, my shoe size is seven, El's is six. What's your size?"

"Ten." I laughed awkwardly.

Perrie tried to hide her amusement, "Ten!? Jeez, Jen! I thought you would have little feet, size eight maybe, but not ten!"

"Should we just get black ones?" I looked at her smiling face.

She laughed in between words, "Yeah, get black high heels."

Why do we need to 'match' again?" I asked while pulling out shoe boxes, looking for matching shoes in each of our sizes.

"We need to look presentable tomorrow, so we are wearing matching outfits, showing love for our boys."  Perrie said as if I should have already known that.

"Meh." I groaned and pulled out the size ten that we needed to buy, "Let's go pay for this and find our boys."

"Alright!" Perrie squealed and grabbed her pair of shoes. I followed her to the cash register and we split the cost like I did when I was in the cab with Louis.

"I'll carry the shoes and you could carry the clothes." I spoke and yanked a colored shopping bag off the counter and lead Perrie out of the store.

Perrie caught up to me, breathing heavily because I walked way to fast. "Where are we going now?"

"I told Liam that we would meet the boys and him at the food court. I just have one problem; where is the food court?" I stooped in my tracks and looked around, confused and lost.

She laughed, "Never been to a London mall? It's upstairs, towards the back of the mall. Let me take you there." She tugged my hand and pulled me away from where we stood.

Perrie and I took the escalator to the second floor and to the other side of the mall. We reached the food court and saw the boys sitting at a large table, signing autographs.

I pointed to them and looked at Perrie, who was squinting her eyes and trying to find the lads, "Over there. The big crowd. I'm surprised no one asked for your autograph, little miss. Little Mix!" I joked.

"Jesy, Jade, and Leigh-Anne are at an interview, so no one suspects a thing." Perrie winked through the sunglasses and brushed her fingers through her hair.

"Sneaky. What are they doing, mimicking your voice?" I chuckled.

She shook her head, "No, they told the radio station that I was ill and at home." She finished her sentence when we reached Liam, Zayn, Louis, Harry and Niall.

"Hey, Jennifer!" Liam got up from his seat and gave me a big hug and a slow kiss, making some fans leave the group and lots of sneers from the crowd.

Louis stood up and fake checked his watch, "Well, I should get going. I'm gonna spend the rest of the day with my girlfriend, as I had promised her." I knew the real reason why he was leaving; he felt uncomfortable about our situation and me now being with Liam. Checking the time, you see that it's only around four and Eleanor doesn't get out of her classes until nine. Manchester wasn't that far from here either

"Bye Lou."

Lou smiled, attempting to pass the fans by, "Bye Zayn and Perrie, bye Liam."

"Goodbye mate." Niall purred.

"See you, lad."

"Goodbye Louis!" Harry engulfed him in a trap.

"Bye Harold." Louis breathed heavily because Harry had tightened his grip around Lou.

I met Louis' eyes, "Bye."

"Later." He spat out rather harshly and turned around.

"Wow, that was rather rude." Liam hugged me from behind, "Did you want me to ask what's wrong with him?"

I took a deep breath, "No. Maybe he's having a bad day." I looked up at Liam and he leaned down to kiss me.

"Okay. I've planned something special for us today. The lads already know that we're going to leave." He smiled warmly.

"What is it?" I pondered.

Liam chuckled slightly, "Just a little date, no big deal. It's tonight, so I'll see you then?" I nodded with a huge grin plastered on my face, "Great; have Perrie help you get ready. I love you." He kissed my cheek and took the rest of the lads to go shopping.
