6. Day 6 (Memory)

I didn't see him again, sadly, but I did have dreams about him. He's just so perfect; I've always been drawn to guys with black hair. I HAVE to see him again.

Strange things have been happening, mostly regarding Respect. I'll start at the beginning, shall I? So, I came home, and mother gave me an unusually big hug, which is strange, because she isn't a fan of the attachment stuff. It seemed like Mrs. Moland hadn't called her, I don't know why. She's always trying to get mother on her side. Maybe she can't be bothered any more?

Anyway, when I go back, mother began explaining about this home-schooled thing. Apparently, she wants to teach me more of this "mystic moth" stuff. I'm not too fussed. It's better than having to see May every day, we are deadly rivals now.

The next thing was my hair. Most girls worry about their hair, constantly preening themselves for some boy in senior year. Personally, I have never fussed about my hair, preferring it to be cut short, around my shoulders. Now. I'm worried about it. You may think I'm crazy, going insane, but I think it's turning a sort of turquoise-navy blue colour. I found various hairs of that colour, and I'm worried I have a infection of the hair or something. The only problem is, mother hates hair dye How can I cover it up?

Also, everyone except for me seems to have forgotten Respect. It's like she never even existed. I was going to take Ghost for a walk down by the river, so I said to mother, "I'm going to go take Ghost for a walk. Also, I'll have a look for Respect. You can never lose hope, huh?"

Then she said; " Who's Respect? There is no respect these days, anyway."

How could she forget her own daughter? I hope she doesn't forget me.

Everyone else seems to have forgotten Respect too, and I can't find anything that belonged to her. It's as if she never existed.

Well, I have to eat dinner now. Smells like pizza.
