We move camp the day after that awful ride with Electra and Tom- everyone is so efficient, and we are packed by midday. The journey takes only 5 hrs- witch Elise says isn't long compared to most of their journeys. We are parked up in a huge field on the edge of wood miles from anybody or a too town.

Winter and Elise found a river and waterfall a little way in the the wood, so I head in for a good needed wash dressed with a bikini under my clothes and a towel and some soap tucked under my arm- I wander of into the wood.

Their directions were really accurate and I got too the waterfall in under 10 minutes.
the rocks are slimy and hard to grip on and I slip countless times until  I finally reach the water fall. The water isn't as cold as I expected and it felt amazing on my back. I hear a snap of a twig or a branch behind me, I spin and see Tom , then I remember the rocks- I slip and fall into the deeper bit of the river, my hair is caught on the rocks. I start to panic as the idea of drowning flashes into my mind. I can hear water churning around me and all I can see is green blue water and bubbles. I feel a surge of water above my head and I shut my eyes against the force, still trying to pull my hair free from the rocks. I open my eyes again and I see a face, distorted from the water and feel strong arms wrap round my waist and move the rock easily from on top of my hair- as if it was a small pebble- and pulls me to the surface.

At first I was flooded with relief, I was alive after all, but then I felt so awkward- being saved
bay-watch-style in a bikini by my stepsisters boyfriend who I previously had a mini crush on.
I spluttered as we reached the bank and climbed out. "are you okay?" he asks
"nah I'm fine" I try and sound casual and shrug his arm of from my shoulders but he dosnt bundge and pulls the towel I had brought down around me.
I sighed, Electra can't hate me anymore than she does already.
