I'm your average girl, moody teenager, everyone knows me. Except they think I'm a murderer. It's not true, of course, but does that matter? Not to them; they hate me, but I survive. But it isn't until a certain band member- with the name of Niall James Horan- comes to town that my world really spins. What will happen to me? That's for me to know, and me to tell. See you around.

2. My Average Night

I jumped the fence around the school and began wakling towards my favorite clothing store, 'Horan Style!' There was still a light on, even though It's eleven at night and well past closing time. That's normal, of course, seeing as my only 'friend' is the owner, Maura. She's known me since birth, and is the only one who believes me, and helps out the best she can. I always give her the money to buy the groceries I need, and I buy everything else, although much to my objection she gives me some things for free. She always insists though, says I don't get enough money to buy anything. I do, though, It's ironic, this run down town pays me a hundred dollars a week to stay out of everyone's way. It's not the perfect system, but it works for me. Opening the door to the shop I said:

"Hey Maura, get anything new this week?" She turned and smiled at me.

"Actually, we got a few new shirts and shorts that I think are your style right over there," She gestured to the right corner, "and a few accesories from your loving band,"

"Thanks, but I still don't quite get why you always say 'your loving band'. I just like their words, and I've never even met them."

"But you will, you know they're coming soon. First Niall, for some time with me, and then the rest of the boys."

"Yeah, I know Maura. As long as they're like they seem, It'll be fine. If not, then they better be like the rest of the town and avoid me."

"Trust me, you'll love them," I laughed, and walked over to where she directed me to, and noticed that she was right, these were my style. I decided to get two outfits, since I haven't shopped in a while. I grabbed a pair of green skinny jeans and a pink flowy top, along with some brown mini boots. Then, I grabbed a high waisted purple skirt, and blue tank top with a mini jean jacket, which I'll add my gold sparkly belt to later. Walking over, I laid the clothes on the counter for Maura.

"That's thirty dollars for you, Liyla,"

"That's almost half, Maura! I hate how you give me all of these discounts. I have a two twenties, and you're keeping them," I replied handing her the money.

"You're way too stubborn you know,"

"Of course. How else could I survive?" I joked, "Thanks Maura,"

"Anytime, dear," I gave her a hug, and walked out, and back to my 'home'.

"This is Gospel for the fallen ones

locked away in permanent slumber.

assembling their philosophies

from pieces of broken memories,"

As I strummed the chords on my guitar, I couldn't help but let my mind wander onto Niall and everyone. Could they be my first friends in two years? Other than Maura, it would be nice to have a friend my own age. Even though I doubt it, I hope he'll be like his songs. But guys are all the same. Sweet and genuine on the outside, but It's a trap because once they have you, they'll use you. I guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow, when he comes. He'll start going to the school here, and that makes it easier to see what it's like, considering I live at the school. I should get some rest, big day tomorrow and all, notice the sarcasm. No, I think I'll stay up and write, I am always drawing and writing anyway.
