A Monument To Our Sins; Claythorne Chronicles Part 1

So, Child of Madness and I (Caleb from Gentleman Killers) are writing a story that takes place with my favourite guy to write about (Burton) and a particular patient he has in Claythorne, a mental Asylum in Leeds England during the late seventies to late eighties. It is and will be rather violent and graphic, profanity will and shall be common to see throughout. If you would like to become a co-writer please send a request with the idea you have. I hope you can sit back, enjoy the painful pleasure and the squealing goodness of evil madness.

Please fan and comment! We need more readers and feedback!!

5. The Patient, And the Unwitting Slave

Three knocks, that's what William heard, followed by a quiet feminine voice. It was Burton's Senior partner Winter. William liked Winter in the fact that she treated him as a human, not a monster. She was kind to him, still he didn't trust her; at least not entirely.

"Is that you Winter?" he asked in a slight surprised manner. "Of course you can come in doctor." William stood up and walked to the door and opened it. "Come on in doc," he waved his hand to gesture her allowance into his space. Like he had a choice though, she was the one truly in control; it was nothing more than a game between them.

"William, Always a gentleman," she replied upon entering his room and sitting down in the beat up wooden chair  that went with the desk. She had always tried to refrain sitting on the beds in the place since they were all filthy. She looked at William as he sat down on the bed and made eye contact with her.

"Well doc, what is it?" William asked, "It isn't often you pay me visits anymore. I was beginning to think you had forgotten about me." William smiled with a hint of sinister intentions. It was true indeed she hadn't left her study as of late in fact, the last time she had Paid William a visit was at least three weeks ago; she knew that with William three weeks was enough time for him to go through overlapping stages of varying emotional and mental states. Her expressionless face remained still as she asked her question.

"William, I've known you for two years, and in that time I've seen you do things that a normal teenager would, and wouldn't do, I'm curios as to what makes you do these things."

William just stared at her; was she really asking him what the hell made him tick? He had over the years become quite astute to reading people's expressions but the only thing he ever got from Winter was that she was hiding something, something that brought her great pain but he wasn't sure what. Anyway he knew that if he didn't giver her what she wanted as her name preceded her she would become icy cold to him and walk out, probably locking him in his room.

"Well give me an example doc," he finally answered. She sighed, trying to remember an example to use on William, she couldn't just come out and use the problem Markus had, it would be too obvious. She thought for a bit and then it came to her, the incident that happened recently.

"Okay an example,"she started. "When Burton opened you up to get a look at your insides to see how your body was holding up to the experimentation he has been doing." she waited for a reply.

"Well what do think I wanted to do?" William sneered. "I wanted to cut him open to see how he liked being violated like that, the sick prick not invaded my personal goddamn space but he violated me! My body!" William stated with fury in his voice. "Just a slash, no maybe a nice long cut up his slender body, and then I'd cut into the muscle and pick out his liver and stuff it in his face, just like the gods did to Prometheus, they just ripped it out of 'em." William smiled as he thought of doing such things, perhaps he did have a murderous side but when it came to that doctor from hell he wanted him dead.

"Why William?" she asked processing the conversation in her mind.

"In that case for vengeance," William stated calmly. "Everything is driven by a cause, my dear doctor. Look into a person's past and see what has happened to them and everything is made perfectly clear." Winter sat there processing the information when the faint sound of fast paced footsteps caught her attention. She stood up and gave William a new notebook and collected the old one on his desk.

"It's a good read," William smiled innocently, "But do be careful of the content, it can get quite... graphic I'm afraid. I'll get the sequel to you as soon as I can." he smiled waving the new notebook in the air.

"I'm sure it is William," she noted as she left the room. "I plan to psychoanalyze you a bit further in a week, so I'll see you then." she announced quietly as she left the room closing the door behind her. As she began to walk back to her study she was intercepted by Dr. Burton.

"Hello Burton," she stated in a flat tone waiting for response from the doctor.
