20. Ch. 20

When we got back to the hotel, Harry and I retreated back to our room. He was dead tired from interacting with people and I was dead tired from being bored. We kissed each other goodnight and then passed out together on Harry’s bed.

The next morning, we were woken up at seven in the morning. We were being driven to a rehearsal venue for the boys to practice for their concert today. After that we would be drive to the actual venue for the concert which was where I would get the boys ready for their concert.

“Good morning…” Harry said when I came out of the bathroom from getting ready.

“Good morning to you too.” He kissed me as he passed me to get into the bathroom. I finished getting ready and made my way to the lobby to wait for the boys. I was waiting with Simon and Paul, getting nervous. Yesterday the boys only needed one outfit, but today they needed two or three. It was making me nervous since I also had to do it in a certain amount of minutes instead of a couple hours.

“Lads, you’re here! Shall we get going?” Simon called. The boys all grunted in response. They were all still in their pajamas and had crazy bed head; this was defiantly making my job easier.

It took us a couple hours to get to the rehearsal venue. However, the boys were dropped off their and I was driven to the actual venue for another hour so I could start working on their outfits. This made me a little less nervous that I didn’t have to pick out all the outfits on the spot.

I was dropped off and escorted to the back. The weird thing was, because of yesterday and the meet and greet, people knew who I was so when they saw me get out of the car, they went crazy. That was something I defiantly wasn’t used to.

Once I got to the dressing rooms, I started picking out the boys three outfits and what order they would be wearing them in. I was trying to make the first two relaxed, and the last outfit a little more fancy since the last couple songs, I was looking at the set and songs and I realized it would make more sense for them to be dressed up near the end.

Before I knew it, I heard the boys yelling, talking, and laughing. I took a sip of my coffee and tried to get myself mentally prepared for them.

“HEYYYY!” Louis yelled, running in first. I winced at how loud they all were.

“Hi.” I mumbled. They all froze and looked at me.

“Are you okay?” Liam asked.

“I’m tired and I have a pounding headache from the time change.” The boys nodded and sat down as I started calling them for hair and makeup first. It took me a couple hours to get them all perfect and in their clothes. By the time I was done it was about a half hour until show time.

The VIP and sound check went well, as did the concert. The changing of clothes went well and it made me feel more confident for the interviews tomorrow and for the press conference later. This was probably the hardest day and I had gotten through it.

After the concert, I helped pack everything up as the boys were jumping around and still yelling and screaming. According to their staff, this happens after every concert. It was giving me more of a headache and I already had one from being at work all day. This defiantly wasn’t an easy job and I give props to Lou for being able to do it.

When we got back to the hotel, I was out cold as soon as my head hit the pillow. I didn’t even have the chance to give Harry a kiss goodnight I was so tired. But as far as I was concerned, we got to sleep in until ten tomorrow which I would be taking full advantage of.
