For more than two years, Dani has suffered from the abuse of her ex-boyfriend. After escaping her abusive home, Tyler is set on keeping his promise, ending her life. What he doesn't know, ending hers, isn't just ending one.

11. 11

I woke up feeling like my insides were being moved around. It hurt to stand or move. Maybe it was time? I wasn't sure. My stomach began to hurt even more by the second. I think it's time. I slowly walked over to my phone holding my stomach.

I dialed Delilah's number, "It's time." I felt like something was punching my over and over in the stomach.

              "It's time?" She questioned.

"The baby. Hurry!" She hung up. I waited for about ten minutes and she finally walked through the door.

"We got a baby on the way?" She smiled.

"Yeah!" I tried to stand up, but I couldn't. Delilah rushed over to me.

"Deep breaths. I'll get you there in a jiffy." She smiled

On the car ride over my water broke, I didn't know how much longer I could listen to her say how excited she was that she was going to be an aunt. "Delilah, this baby is coming. Now."

"Hi." Delilah smiled walking into the room. "How are you feeling?"

"Like I just had a baby." I laughed.

"Mom and Dad are on their way." She smiled, "Do you want me to tell Tyler that the baby's here."

"Would you?" I smiled. I felt so tired and loopy.

"Of course. Get some rest." I closed my eyes.

"She's beautiful, like you." Tyler said rocking Ellie.

"Isn't she?" I smiled, sitting up.

"I think I should stay here, with you, tonight." He didn't look at me, he was focused on Ellie. "And when you go home, I could stay a couple days and help out with Ellie." He smiled.

"Or, you could go home." My dad laughed barging into the conversation. I could tell Tyler immediately felt uncomfortable.

"That's my cue. I'll come back tomorrow." He smiled handing me Ellie.

"I don't want you anywhere near my daughter or granddaughter. You probably shouldn't come back tomorrow, or ever."
