Chapter 11- Perfect Breakfast

My phone call with Hanaa finally ended and right when I hung up, Harry hugged me from behind, turned me around, and kissed me. I hope he wasn’t listening. I still can’t get over how perfect they his kisses are. Harry held the car door open wide for me, then went around to his side and got in. He couldn’t decide on where to go so he asked me for advice. I know of some places but I don’t go out to eat that often. Even if I could I’d rather buy healthier food for my dad and I to eat at home and not in a restaurant. “Let’s try…the Brunch Café on North Avenue. They’ve got the best breakfast food ever.” Harry gave me a sideways smile and said, “Brunch Café it is.” And leaned over to kiss me at a red light. Seriously does he plan red lights? We got to the place and it was nicer than I thought it was. Harry opened the door for me and we walked inside. When we were seated, Harry told me I could order anything I wanted. It was my reflex to say, “Are you sure? Some of this food looks expansive.” Harry being Harry said, “I’ve got enough money, and I usually get a discount wherever I go because I’m a celebrity.” Was he that famous? Harry said with a wink. “Alright then, I’ll have the potato pancake thing that says it’s stuffed with ham, bacon, Canadian bacon, cheese, and sausage.” I ordered first since I was so hungry, “With a glass of apple juice.” Harry gave me a stunned look for a second and ordered the same for himself. “Why’d you look at me that way? Can’t a girl eat?” I said with a joking look. Harry smiled and said, “Of course she can, I just didn’t know you liked apple juice!” at this we both laughed and were almost crying by the time our food arrived. Harry almost finished his and I ate about 3/4 of it. We boxed up the leftovers, Harry paid, and we left. His next part of his plan was for us to go meet everyone at their mansion and go for a swim. I don’t really know anyone but Harry and I can’t really swim. What are they going to think of that? I must’ve shown my emotion too clearly because Harry could tell something was wrong. “What’s wrong? Should we not go swimming?” I answered, “Nothing. I’m fine. Can we just run back to my house so I can get my suit?” he really did have everything planned out! “Don’t worry about that, Louis asked Hanaa if she could bring it when he goes to pick her up. Are you sure there isn’t anything else bothering you?” of course there’s something bothering me! I can’t tell you I can’t swim even though I probably should. “Yes. I’m sure. Are you sure you’re okay from last night? I just kind of dumped it all on you and it was a lot…” My voice trailed off as I looked at Harry while he was driving. Just like he did last night he said, “Last night was about you. I did that because I don’t like seeing you unhappy or bothered in any way. To me it looked like you had a lot on your shoulders and it turns out I was right. You have enough already to worry about. You don’t need to worry about me. I’m fine. Right now, you need to focus on having fun with a special day your boyfriend has planned for you.” There’s that sideways smile I love so much. I didn’t tell him that I was afraid of water and Hanaa always came swimming with me so I wouldn’t be the only kid in the shallow end above the age of 3. So far it’s worked out, but now I’m going to have to face my fear. Just then I got a text from Hanna, “Do u want me to say something about your fear?” I replied “no” and continued to talk to Harry until we arrived back at his mansion.
