Fates Game-Elis Story

I recall a time when she remembered me. A time when I was happy. A time when she would smile, laugh and enjoy the feeling of being together. Now she has forgotten me and I have to win her back, or I will disappear forever.

2. Winter-Waiting

"Where is he?" I said to no one particular my hands grabbing my shoulders to hold my brown coat down. Being nervous in the humans world was a dangerous thing for me, but I had to stay. Wind blew at my side like a moan, perhaps it knew what I was thinking. People walked by looking at me like I was crazy, maybe it was just how I was acting that made them think that way. Who knows what humans think anyways? I looked up seeing seemingly endless skyscrapers, that covered the white sky above. Snow started to fall light and slow at first but it got progressivly faster, like my frustration. Eli was always late, my mind tells me making myself jump. It always scared me when it does that, but it hasn't in a while.  Eli appeared he started asking what was wrong, placing a hand in the air I silenced him.I turned to him knowing my face was paler than normal.
"Whats wrong?" He asked once again.
Slowly I pointed across the street my hand matching the snow around us. Eli looked his face going pale, "How could this-" His voice died down and his question remained unanswered. Both of us stared across the street like someone who had seen a ghost.
The princess...Axel, I think we had found her. Eli tried to run towards her. But I grabbed his arm roughly making him stop.  "Don't mess with whatever Fate has in plan Eli. It would only make things even worse than they already are." I mumbled to myself.
