The Vampire.

Vampires are fake, right? Wrong. A vampire constantly follows me; but once I see the light, the darkness gets a bit more swallowed. But the dark always exists there; and with dark, comes trouble. I'm still scared to death, of course. I'm not going to fall in love with a vampire..or I'll try not to. I love him. I know I do. I think I do. I guess I do. He still scares me. And with love, comes struggle. Leading up to love? That's even worse. Vampire or not, I love him. "I'm trouble." "I know."

2. Chapter One.

I walked down the streets of London, looking cautiously around. Ever since ‘he’ started following me, I always glance around nervously, and I earn looks from quite a lot of people, considering I look like I just came from the looney bin. I just wanted to take a walk, but I had my full guard up. Out of basically no where, the clouds grew over the sun, and it began pouring rain with howling winds. I was so confused, a minute ago it was beautiful and sunny.
Confusedly, I walk to my apartment, and open the door quickly, taking my shoes off and setting them down. I shut the front door, and lock my at least six locks. You could say I’m a bit crazy, but I’m more scared than anything. You would think having a vampire follow you around would be a ‘rush’ but it’s not, it just makes me a nervous person. And when you think of a vampire following a person, you think of Twilight.
That movie sucks, and I won’t ever watch it again because it makes me even more nervous. I have a roommate, my best friend Heather. Okay, so you won’t believe this. But she’s a vampire. Creepy, huh? But she doesn’t stalk me. I walk upstairs and take a really quick shower, stepping out about 10 minutes later and getting pajamas on.
I walk to the living room, and sit down on the sofa, pulling the covers over me. I feel the sofa sink next to me, and look over to see Heather.
“Come onnn, Don’t be such a scaredy cat!” Heather says, a chuckle in her voice.
“No, No. I’m gonna be a scaredy cat because I’m being followed by a vampire and I think he made it rain so I would come home AND NOW I’M AN EASIER TARGET!” I scream the last part. She laughs again, but brings her hand up to her head.
“Are you alright? You don’t look that good.” I say to her.
“It’s just, I’ve been having sharp pains in my head since you came home.” She says. I shake violently.
“C-Can’t other vampires sense when there are other vampires around?” I ask her in a tiny voice. She debates for a second.
“Yeah, but they have to be family. Brother, Mom, Sister, get it.” She says.
“You know, what does this vampire look like that stalks you?” She asks.
“Uhm..he’s about 5’10, with green eyes, and brown curly hair, and he has fair colored skin. It’s kind of pale though.” I say. She shakes her head.
“You’re serious?” She asks. I nod.
“That’s my brother.” She says.
“You know..uh, do his eyes ever change color around you?” She asks. I nod my head.
“They go either a darker green, well actually it’s usually a darker green.” I say.
“Ohhh..There’s no stopping him. You’re his mate, and you’re who he wants. And he won’t stop until he gets you. And trust me, he has a looooot of powers. He has more than I do, I believe. I think he actually has all of the powers.” She says.
“Thanks, I’m not scared at all now!” I say with fake cheerfulness.
“You’ll be fine, I’ll be right here anyway, and he’s not coming. Ow!” She shouts, and grabs her head.
“The pain getting sharper?” I ask her. She nods her head.
“Well I’m toast.” I say. She laughs.
“I promise he’s-he’s..” She passes out on the sofa before she finishes her sentence. I scream, but it comes out more like a squeal. There’s a knock on the door, and I slowly walk to it, unlocking all of the locks. When I open the door, there stands the person I was dreading.
