The Butterfly Effect (Larry Stylinson)

One small, insignificant condition can make a huge change. All it took was a shortcut through the park and a smile for the pop star and the average boy to discover something beautifully unforgettable.

1. An Introduction

The Butterfly Effect. A term to insinuate a phenomenon whereby a small change at one place in a complex system can have large effects elsewhere. For example, a butterfly flapping its wings in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil might change the weather in Paris, France.

In my case, it's where a boy was late for class by ten minutes and he ran past me while shooting me a guilty, dimpled grin.

Without him, I don't know what the severity of my life would have been.

Without him, I wouldn't know love.

I have only one thing to thank for my meeting of Harry Styles.

The Butterfly Effect.
